Please please read before depositing-…

Please please read before depositing- now I know you'll read comments and think 'well gambling is a win or lose they're just lost and are annoyed' no.

I've lost/won plenty of times never get annoyed is what it is HOW EVER please steer clear of this casino- nyspins & voodoodreams.

They're all run by the same place.

They will take your withdrawals and not pay out- I've been with them for a while verified ID etc.. it was. Only 2 weeks ago when I made a withdrawal they decided to AGAIN ask for ID which was sent, they then closed my account without further reason why & haven't paid me out- I've emailed multiple times to see what's going on but haven't got anything other then asking the same questions. I used to think they're brilliant. However lately there withdrawals was taking 3 days up until the point they've stopped paying out as you can see with other reviews. I never wrote bad reviews about casinos because it's a win or lose scenario. however AVOID- go to betvictor or a well known casino this one's absolutely awful- and if you have issues please please make a complaint to - askgamblers.com

They'll swiftly resolve it.

For some reason they paid instantly for the first week then asked me to verify my account which I did
And now they have 1300 of my money which they won’t release and I can’t get any response from anyone

Deposited 100£ withdrew 130£

Deposited 100£ withdrew 130£. Uploaded all documents. Contacted support, they said they sent an email which they did not. Asked for bank statement which was already provided. They sent a link to upload it which couldn’t be accessed. No reply from support and chat is disabled.

Approaching two weeks of them misappropriating my money.

Will have no choice but to raise a charge back through the bank and report fraud.

UPDATE REVIEW

Used to be fast withdrawals now there not no updates on withdrawals very hard to contact no live chat and a automated email saying they’ve a weeks delay on withdrawals and reply’s due to issues I’m starting to believe the reviews when they stated they’ve had to seek legal advice NOW THERE claiming they’ve confiscated my winnings as iv apparently deposited from a third party account which is lies and there still will to take deposits from it AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Very very bad site to use . Dont trust them please for your own safety . Were happy to take my money but when it came to paying out money i won they have tried to make it as difficult as they can . I still have not got my money . Dont trust them its a scam .

I’ve had my account with duelz for 3…

I’ve had my account with duelz for 3 years. I confirmed my identity when I opened my account and the verification tab said I did not need to upload any documents. I have deposited and withdrew from my account numerous times. I went to withdraw £80 after 2 days I did not receive the funds I spoke to customer support and they said there was a delay processing withdrawals and I should wait 72hours during that time I still did not need to upload any documentation.

Eventually I got an email requesting me to verify my identity however my identity documents are expired now they are refusing the send my funds because they won’t accept my expired ID.

I had this same issue with Videoslots who still sent me my funds despite needing to re verify. I have researched and the gambling commission states that casinos are still required to send funds if they ask for ID where they failed to give prior notice before the withdrawal was made.

I have no way of getting valid ID and they will not send me my funds and restricted my account

Abit disappointed in Duelz recently

Abit disappointed in Duelz recently.
Withdrawing is instant then sometimes run into problems but now it’s wait 72 hours which I think is far too long to wait for your winnings. It’s not even a large amount.
I have sang praises in the past for this company but I don’t know what’s happened. Been told it depends on a queue when mine will be processed.
I’ve been playing for along time with this casino too.
