Fast and efficient process but instrument was not in the best condition and required cleaning upon arrival

Five star recommendation from me. I have two guitars from Duet both set up perfectly to play straight out of the box. The process is straight forward and delivery was very quick. Natalie and Sarah are really helpful and efficient, making the the whole process a pleasant experience.

Needed to hire unusual 5 string bass guitar and amp, no problem, great service friendly and efficient. Also great value!

Nothing was too much trouble for Duet Shop. Bought a piano for my wife as a surprise. I don’t know much about pianos, but these guys gave me lots of help and advice! They were really flexible about the delivery too! Couldn’t be happier with the service! My wife loves the piano too 👍🏻

I received an unpleasant email when my direct diver failed... their fault not mine, and I was told I’d breached such and such... turns out it was a fault on their computer system after they made me ring my bank etc. Didn’t even get an apology. Disappointing.

Slightly misleading when the website says "delivery in 3-7 days" - I ordered and got my payment confirmation nearly a week ago and haven't even got the tracking details yet, or any other information from them at all. I've also had no reply from customer service even though I emailed them a couple of days ago. Apart from that, the value is great and the application process was pretty quick and easy and I'm hopeful that my items will arrive soon.

shocking company ordered a new guitar made the first payment then get contacted saying they don't have it in stock and don't know when they will .So decided on a refund told to wait 2 weeks for refund (shocking) been nearly 3 now rang again today told they will look in to it and get back to me shocking shocking shocking

told noone had the guitar i want went and brought it for cash the next day!!!!

just got back to me guess what being processed and will be with me in 3-12 working days

Cautious of taking out finance as I’m midway through a mortgage application, so this seemed too good to be true! Really affordable and meant I was able to rent a piano that I could absolutely not afford otherwise (£2000 worth). No applications on my credit file and AMAZING customer service, I got replies to my emails instantly and Natalie even managed to make sure I got my piano sooner than the estimated date as I was in a rush. Cannot rate them enough!

Thanks Duetshop, the piano was delivered in record time. Excellent service and I recommend it to everyone, this was the first of some that we will buy
