Fantastic little hobby store with a big focus on fostering a flourishing local tabletop community. The shop owner Luke is a lovely guy to speak to and very welcoming. Today was the first time I stepped foot into the store. Great to see such a lively scene and also a very well stocked one too! Great selection of hobby goods including Two thin coats, Scale 75 etc amongst the usual Games workshop stuff. All round great selection of products and a very knowledgeable shop owner. I wasn't expecting such a gem of a store in a quiet little Welsh town. I usually shop at the bigger hobby stores but found this out of the blue and I'm very glad I did. I'll definitely be visiting regularly and it's location is much easier to access than hobby shops usually located in a congested big city. Shop local guys you really want to cherish what you have and keep a lovely business like this alive, I wish I had a place like this growing up only a stone's throw away.

Not great price was above market which I dont mind but to then take the absolute P*ss and sticking your receipt to the actual booster box ruining it for my sealed collection is unacceptable especially when I am already paying £70 above retail price really not happy with this at all and will be telling everyone I know to avoid this store

First time customer. I pre-ordered 3 items. Never received an e-mail that order was shipped nor tracking number for it. I only got to know it was by red notes in my mailbox. I sent an initial e-mail asking about shipment on Friday 1st (release day of products), never received an answer. Upon collecting it, I noticed one of the items is wrong. I found the phone number and contacted them about it. Later I received an e-mail back from Luke, who was very helpful with sorting this problem out. Thanks a lot for that!
I give 4* mainly due to no response to initial e-mail and no shipment update, which is crucial for me as I have issues with Royal Mail notoriously not delivering to my address, and even just sending parcels back to the seller.

Awesome ordering experience via the Discord community and regular updates on the order. When I turned up to collect my items, Duke was (as always) a pleasure to deal with/chat to - very welcoming and knowledgeable. And the healthy discount on RRP is welcome too!

The staff were very polite and helpful and I enjoyed playing card games.
