The biggest scam casino ever. Won 200 dollars then had to submit whole bunch of documents to get a bank transfer but yet they kept coming up for ridiculous documents that I couldn't get. They sure don't ask for any documents or proof of anything when your making a deposit.

Absolutely dire. I too wish i had read the reviews on here before playing. All games are completely and utterly dead. No chance of cashing out anything wo cashing out.

I too wish I had of checked trustpilot before signing up to this online casino, having the same trouble as everyone else on here. Forever having to provide verification of my account even after receiving an email stating the funds have been deposited into my bank account and then when I have emailed back to say nothing has shown up, they say I have to send a bank statement (to prove it hasn't been deposited) 4 days prior to the date they said it will be in my bank account, up to the current date...like wth, why would I lie about not getting the money??? Have just sent an email stating I will make a complaint with MGA, first time ever they have replied within 10mins normally don't get a reply until 24 hrs after I email them...will keep you posted!!!

I tested this site. I deposited $100. I then won and withdrew $200. When the funds did not arrive at my account I contacted Dunder who advised that the deposit was rejected by my bank and that if I wanted to receive these funds I would have to provide personal private information that we should not provide to anyone online. The funds were to be deposited into the same account that the original funds came from. They refused to provide me with proof that my bank rejected the deposit. My bank has no record of any incoming transaction that was rejected. When I asked Dunder to provide me with proof that the deposit was reject by my bank they refused to do saying they did not have that information to give me. WTH! They have stopped communicating with me after I asked for proof. Beware people Dunder is a scam. If you play you will lose in the end even if you won on the game.

Horrible site. Wouldn't let me withdraw my money actually won too. Had over 500 in my account. This site is horrible and and I tried to get my money and they just wanted more and more and more information about my bank statements and had called business bureau and my card company and I had asked questions and they completely took me off the site and I can't even log into it now. DO NOT USE THIS SITE

A good casino if you like losing every time you play.Games are nice but payout sucks.I put about $1000 in this casino last month or so and played .30 and .40 and lost it all,Games are set not to pay.Got the feature about 50 times and got nothing.I do not recommend unless losing constantly is you bag.

Dreadful casino. Clearly the slots are rigged as they don't pay a penny out. Avoid like the plague as there are plenty out there that offer fair returns on their slots!

Horrible horrible site to try and withdraw money from. they keep asking for more and more and more information from stuff that doesn't exist. They can't tell the difference between a debit card and a Visa debit card. I keep sending them my bank statement over and over and over again and they keep asking for my credit card statement which is the exact same thing. They asked for the three digits on the back of my card. Please please beware. you will not get your money out of this company without a huge fight. I have sent a complaint to the malta gaming commission and am waiting to hear back. There are so many wonderful online casinos out there I never had a problem withdrawing from any before it. Save your money folks! Definitely cheating and shady behaviour!! I’ve been playing online casinos for many years and have come across many good casinos and a few bad apples. Dunder definitely falls into the bad category!!! When I first started playing at dunder it seemed quite legit and I even cashed out a couple times. As time went on, it was impossible to win anything! I could tell there was definitely unfair play!!! I play the exact same game at every casino and the difference between dunder and the other casinos wasn’t just somewhat different but a HUGE difference!! Very rare bonuses and zero wins on thousands of dollars. I wouldn’t write this review unless I was 1000% sure dunder was cheating as I wouldn’t want people to stop playing at dunder as we need a busy casino to win! Please understand I am not a sore loser, I win some and lose some like the rest and fully expect that. After thousands of dollars, one day I was actually winning and it legit kicked me out of my game. Of course I went right back in and yep not a dime to be won. Shady as hell people. I entered a bonus page where it said if you enter with £20 deposit you will get back £100, everything was so confusing as in the end they told me I wasted my bonus and money which was £20 and not £100

Very bad casino, my first time every playing at a casino, my a long story short, won dec.21 2018 still fighting with them,asking me for thing I don't have like my divorce papers because I went back to my maiden name, I'm seperate not divorce then wants my marriage license,I got married 38 years ago haha but luckily I still have my marriage certificate,then they have the nerve to say my marriage certificate is a fake because it's not stamped. they made me feel like I did fraud on my own account, because of my name change, I sent them government documents to prove who I am,the bank statement to show the withdrawal from my account,still to this day they are accusing me of fraud this is from December 21st of 2018 till Jan 8,2020 I'm still fighting with them,4 days ago they till me my account is close haha I don't think so I will fight them tooth and nail, because I didn't do anything wrong.so today I get a email from them they want my bank information, because they want to give me back my deposit of $50.00 plus by accident I deposit $500.of my own money into there bank account, I ask them what the hell do you people do with me information I already sent you. Terrible Casino. Wish I had visited Trustpilot before playing here. Long story, they take your deposits, games do not pay, constant bonus teases and if your lucky enough to get a bonus well you'll be looking at a return lower than £10, most of the time around £5 max. I know the games are rigged to high heaven at Dunder because I play at other Casinos and hit nice wins and bonuses on these same games. Avoid at all costs, you're better off setting fire to your money than depositing at Dunder.

Joined up, great variety of slots, managed to win a bit, withdrawal processed within 24 hours and in bank in couple of days. No documents requested.

Worst Casino Ever, holding my money for 8 months and asking for every document even the accounts I haven't used to deposit with and different request each time i fulfil one, Just delaying and finding new reasons each time.

All was good, played for months.However Two days ago I tried to make a withdraw from them and they asked for some id first,then they wanted more so I sent it.Then they wanted more.I have money in there that I legitimately won.and they will not let me withdraw it by delaying and making bogus excuses when they know very well it was won by me and only me.This casino has crossed many lines it seems by the reviews here.I have and going to different resources with complaints along with screen shots of my balances and history.Also my bank and credit card holder stating what happened and disputing all my past deposits as this casino is trying to not pay out there players for no other reason than fraud.I may not get my money but I will make sure my complaints are heard.These kind of Casinos should not be allowed to operate at all.

i did not expected,i been playing here from last 6 month and already down around 3k an just today i won mega win and hit jackpot of $1205 and when i tried to withdraw, all number been disappeared and just shown last amount before win jackpot, as per review and do not think so i can get back that money. just emailed to help support and let see and waiting for their reply to come back.
