They make it hard as possible to withdraw money. I have only ever made 2 deposits at dunder and luckily made 2 withdrawals, both times I had to verify my a/c. 1st time took 4 days in total, now the second, I uploaded all docs on Friday morn, sat morn on chat , twice, same response its with our verification dept, sent email late sat, got response sunday, if its not verified then contact us on chat. so I did, now I was told they did not accept scanned copies of docs, until I pointed out that it says u do on your own verification page, oh he said that's not right. I said look ive done all u asked plz verify my a/c and refund my balance. He then contacted the verification dept, came back after 10 mins and said they were good copies and they have been accepted, 4 mins later my refund was approved. So saying they do not accepting scanned copies IMHO was blatant attempt to delay my withdrawal so I would gamble again. 2nd he contacted the verification dept direct ...y couldn't this have been done Friday. so many comments I have read about similar problems. People I would stay away, plenty of other on line casinos out there, I have closed my account .

Really bad casino. Deposit all u likr if u win they make it so hard to get your money and they dont lock withdrawals which is bad not responinle casinos

They make the process of verify too long and you will lose your money because you are a gambler, like me. Nobody plays for fun.

To be honest the payout has not reached me yet... I won $700 on the 8th of August now its the 27th 2019... Anyways after 20 emails with my documents attached, I finally got verified and approved, but still no winnings in my bank account. I finally got an answer from one employee to contact InPay London. If your funds are stuck in this casino lets swarm InPay to make these payments, or lets better yet try to close this casino down! With No contact number slow payouts and way too many hiccups to even thought I won something....They gotta go! Where the hell is my $700? Waiting on InPay now to get an email back from Dunder and the payout will be processed I was told...now its been 5 days waiting..... SO do yourself a favor if they owe you money contact Inpay!!!!!!!! Thanks for the follow-up! Im afraid we have not heard back from Dunder yet.
Also, may I already advise you to create a new withdrawal request for the 700 CAD, since 36YQUDG has been cancelled due to Dunder not providing the requested KYC info within the allocated grace period. Sorry about you having to be the victim here :/

WOW!!! So please everyone do yourself another favor and do a charge back on ur C.C and tell Mastercard/Visa they are scammers...guess what they agreed and processed the charge back! Due to the slowness of the staff at Dunder they will not respond properly to the credit cards request for paperwork on the deposits... so guess what? You get every penny back you dropped into this casino just do a charge back. They have no phone number as well which really raises a flag with the credit card companies..

Placed numerous bets in roulette only getting them rejected when they seemed to win. Contacted support and they claimed it never happened.

Would strongly advise not putting money on this site!

Positives:

--Fast chat support. ( worst is leovegas)
--The best part : Fast withdrawals - 3 or 4 hours approval.( Faster than all casinos i saw in Netherlands)
--Website - Easy navigation + search also gives exact results.
--mobile website: uses low memory on my phone. So less battery drain.

Negatives:

1) Initially when i joined and when i was in loosing mode, they used to give great bonuses in the chat when i asked for it. It usually was 10% to 20%. Now, after 1 year, even when i am on a loosing streak, they give 0.5% or 1% bonus.
2) Never accept their bonuses. I don't trust their bonus scheme. Wagering is too high.
CaseA) They say 25X but it sometimes ( or most often) is 50X. Example: two days ago, it was 100% deposit bonus. So i deposited 100. So whats the wagering? 25X100 right? But they say you need to wager your real money as well. So 100+100 *25. which is 100*50. Which is too much.
CaseB) 2nd type of bonus: deposit 100euro you get 25% bonus and 25 free spins(worth some 10cents). So whats the wagering. It is (125+spin_winning)*25.

If you are looking for casinos with least wagering, go for casinowinner.com or loyalcasino.com these two are more truthful when it comes to bonuses. The wagering is 15X.

So, because of this bonus thing, I wish to rate them 3 Star. But i have to give it to them for their chat support and fast withdrawal scheme an extra point. So it is 4 Star.

Scammers in every sense of the word.

Don’t whatever you do deal with them. Trust me, I have never come across a company that strings you out for so long delaying paying you money.
You supply them with all your details that they require and eventually they pay. Then they tell you they cannot find your info on their data base. Hang on! You take my money, you eventually pay me and now that I have another withdrawal you can’t find my info. Unreal!.
So Dunder are now sitting on my money as I refuse to supply them with my documentation again.
If you are considering Dunder, don’t - read all the reviews, amazingly they all have the same sort of issues. Heed the warnings. I wish I had.

Honest opinion from a normal guy(bus driver)

On Saturday 3rd August I came across the site deposited £20 got £20 bonus lost it all on slots in like 5 mins lol.

Decided to deposit more, had an odd amount in my bank to put another £39 in my account went to live roulette and hit a few numbers was up to like £270 But eventually stopped with a balance of £200.

Put a withdrawal request in last night at 21.15

Was very unsure because I read the reviews but but had an email today sun 4th august that my withdrawal has been processed and funds will be in my acc in 3 days.

That's less than 24 hours from opening my acc to getting a processed withdrawl

No extra checks for documents were asked of me, I did speak to live chat to ask they said they only ask this if u reach the £2000 threshold in deposits or withdrawals for anti money laundering.

I can see no problems with this site, I know it's not a great deal of cash but that's how I play.

Not sure why so many folk having problems.

Absolute scam I've done a scary amount of deposits on this site and never once told to verify my account as soon as I want to withdraw you need to verify your account? Avoid. They ask for verification all the time despite receiving the documents. I deposited £20 and played for 20 minutes then they close my account again. They reply to say its re activated after I complained but closed the account again when I said I was going to leave them a bad review. I can not log back in to have my £20 deposit returned. This must be a scam!

After playing countless times and depositing monies etc I decided to cash in my winnings. £2000 approximately to be hit with “we need you to verify your identity”

I received notification on my IPhone as that’s where I usually play, but you can’t upload documents via a phone they need to be completed on a PC/Laptop etc.

Reading the messages carefully, they asked for front picture of the card used for deposits, this I did? Asked for a copy of a utility bill of which I could t send as they are all in my partners name? I sent my Vodafone bill (May 2019) they don’t accept, I sent my car insurance document dated Dec 2018 which was pre paid in full £500+ they don’t accept, as they say it’s out of date even though it’s valid until Dec 2019, my driving licence with an address and a picture and they still don’t pay? Dundee say every online Casino has to go through these checks however it seems very strange that the verify account only pops up when you cash out a sizeable amount... still no money, they take an age to get back to you via email, and when they do they just state that you need to verify... no common sense approach at all.. my advice is to stick to UK Casinos like Bet365, cash outs on the same day with none of this hassle? My point is this, they don’t want you to verify the account when they take money off you, yet when you need to cash out... yes you guessed it “Verify Account”... make your own mind up folks...... customer service rating. Zero.

I actually really like Dunder and their promotions - but now I'm at the stage of contacting regulatory bodies after they are refusing to pay my winnings. They ask for documentation that takes weeks for them to process, when you contact them they say it'll be a few more days, thank you for your patience...but still keep your money...I'm talking hundreds of pounds too...

Totally useless! Don't even waste your time...
