There a scam. They 2 way play without (they think) your knowledge. I spotted what they were doing. Confronted them by message and now won’t respond to my emails. They acted illegally and stole my money as gameplay was void and now no reply. DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT PEOPLE BECAUSE YOUR BE ROBBED

DO NOT USE!!!! I wagered about £1000 over maybe six months and only when I got a win of £650 and tried to cash out they didnt pay me and now when I try to log in the webpage says " sorry Dunder is not available in your location.

Pretty sure a account limiter was apply to my account basically not winning any think.
Play £600 on book of the dead and 600 spins later not even a bonus.
Pretty poor just deleted my account.

Be aware this casino operates two different bonus policies. A bonus attached to a deposit is used once you have used your cash balance. If they offer you a bonus not attached to a deposit the bonus funds are used first and any winnings added to your bonus balance! I took a £25 bonus offer when I still had a cash balance. After winning £100 it added it to my bonus funds not open for withdrawal. After a long chat they just admit there are two different bonus policies which are not made clear. Needless to say i withdrew my cash and closed the account. Highly unfair t&d's and very unhelpful customer service

I sure enjoyed winning on this Casino (paid in $60.00 and cashed out $800.14.. but Cashing Out was NIGHTMARE. They asked me to verify my banking info.. which I did.. it wasn't good enough (snapshot of my BMO Profile) I sent a voided cheque (all bank details on it) NOT good enough.. I sent 18 emails and "Chatted" with online help every day or every other day for a month to no avail... finally they told me to go to MY Bank and get the proper information from them! I told the Chat Agent my Next Email will be going to the complaint department.. the next day I received an email saying my Cash out WAS successful!! I received it 72 hours later and it was short $22.00 I don't know why (will ask them) I have never seen another casino deposit my winnings SHORT of money.. what a HEADACHE..

The worst. Don't play it is a scam!! No way to withdraw your money. When I emailed them they said I had the wrong banking info and it WAS the right account. When it finally me withdraw I never got my money in the bank. NOT IMPRESSED. Update, I found out you cannot withdraw from Canada. BUT they will still take your deposit and money 😒

It has been almost 2 months that I am awaiting to receive my money and to verify my account. I have sent several emails for updates and nothing. Last email i sent was almost 2 weeks ago and they haven't responded. Super dissapointed that they take players money and don't pay them when they send all required documents. Terrible service as well. Thought I could trust it. Definetly was wrong.

DREADFUL .... seriously this is the worst online gaming casino I have ever played on. The minimum deposit is 20 and the slots are so bad. The average payout I have had on any bonus round (which trust me are extremely rare) has been about £3. They just gave me 30 free spins on a machine. Don't waist your money on Dunder, they are a SCAM, I put 20$ i start playing, maid it to 130$ oh but wait you have to play for 1500$ before you can redraw your money. So I keep playing , with good strategy on chosen slots , after the first 24 hours had passed, I was able to see something that didn't appear before, the slot screen was "loading" every 5 to 10 spins, the icons displaying changed in the last millisecond even i was clearly able to see a different icon coming out, there was no more free spins or bonus rounds, NOTHING 150$ went to 0$ with MINIMUM gamble only of 0.10$, do the math and see how much the probability fell , so I stop playing on the second day when I was down to 50$, came back the next day , same thing, until the money was gone. afterwards I have received 7 emails in 3 days with different deposit bonus, they are crooked so stay away do to a real casino on a real slot machine to gamble your hard earned money!
