Fantastic service over the phone when arranging a quote and brilliant communication throughout. Amazed to fit our survey in so quickly and have a comprehensive phone call to discuss the findings, followed by a very extensive report the next morning. Outstanding service all round. So glad we chose Dunford Penrose rather than the dire organisation initially recommended by our estate agent!!!

From a recommendation, I was given Will’s phone no. and he replied very quickly. A quote was received by email, detailing the level of inspections offered. From booking, the survey was completed in a very timely manner and Will followed up with a very detailed call. Very helpful, very chatty and a pleasure to speak to. The full report was completed and received well within the expected 7 working days.

Absolutely brilliant surveyors - I'm very happy with my experience. Katie was quick to reply to my emails, and the quote for the Level 3 survey was fair and competitive. Tony was thorough in his inspection and kindly called later that day to run through the main points, with the full written report following a few days later. The survey report I received was clear and comprehensive. I had a query regarding something in the report and received a reply within minutes. The one minor issue was that they say they will call on the day of the survey, but I didn't receive a phone call, which did make me wonder if the survery had gone ahead. Overall a good experience and I would highly recommend these Surveyors.

Really efficient from start to finish. The survey was thorough, Alan fed back the evening of the survey and provided lots of detail on issues and also highlighted the positives. The report arrived promptly and again was more detailed than I expected.

They are great! Johnnie gave me great insight on the most important findings by the end of his survey and the full report was received on the agreed date with indepth detail. Also, the surveyor has made sure to look into the points I have raised to him prior to the survey date and he made sure we discussed them on the phone.

We had a great experience with getting our Level 2 Homebuyer survey done for our first home purchase. Paul, our surveyor, has been incredibly helpful, with clear and patient communication both on the day of the inspection and during the follow-up call. He was more than happy to answer all our questions and offered to help even beyond should we have any other questions. Admin support was excellent too, with clear and quick quoting and booking of the inspection. Survey report was great, with a thorough inspection and reporting, and plenty of pictures which we were able to view in full and download. All in all, excellent service, competitive prices and professional and helpful communication from Paul and the admin team.

I have my lvl 3 survey done by Johnie. It was completed in great detail and was really helpful in my decision. The call on day of the survey speed up everything and I appreciate the desktop report provided. Definitely Recommended!
