Disappointing service
Disappointing service! I decided to put my house on the market with Purple Bricks, and then changed my mind and took it off, and was told that when I took it off I would be billed in 10 months. I then received an email to say that money would be taken in the next 7 days. I decided to apply for the 9 months credit, and provided a payslip as requested. I was told I needed to provide August's payslip, but I explained that I did not get paid until 31st August, so they said, they will wait for this. In the meantime they took the money from my account. 18 days later, and they still have my money, and today I received an email saying they would pay it back within 10 to 12 working days, meaning it has taken them a month to put money back into my account (assuming they do!) money that should never have been taken in the first place. Very disappointed with this service.

Rob and Josh came in exactly on time
Rob and Josh came in exactly on time, they describe us what was going to happen next, helped us sort out position for one of the 4 heaters we wanted to get installed and run through how the thermostats work amd offered setting it up already.
Installation was quick and easy, they had to remove 2 storage heaters all done super quickly and tidy (not a spek of dust left).
Would recommend them to my friends and anyone looking for a hassle free heating solution.
