THOUGHT I WAS ON TO A GOOD THING BUT I MIGHT AS WELL HAVE BOUGHT FROM THE CHINESE

Having spoken to Rebecca @ DuracellDirect she assured me that all would be sorted. Todate this has been my experience...

This battery was not used on a regular basis since purchased. The battery then began to stick at 40% when charging and refuses to discharge, even. I have investigated this and have been informed that I risk having the battery EXPLODE and therefore have taken it out of my laptop and packed it for return to Duracell. Also, when my laptop was tested with another batter ; which is from my wife's laptop and one which is of the same model; her battery worked and discharged fine and had also charged up fine. This concluded that my laptop was indeed fine and that it is the Duracell battery which has had an underlying fault all along and this has now come to light- months after it had been bought. I then contacted Duracell who requested that I send the battery back for their testing requirements. It has been almost a week now that I have been told that collection would be made. Yet the appointed courier claims that the battery hadn't been ready to return. Nonsense! This is not the case as my wife has sat waiting daily since the collection had been booked by Duracell and it was a "Courier No-Show" each and every time/day since!!! To this end I will now open a case of damaged/ faulty goods and would like a full refund. The seller has no true intentions of having this battery returned as promised and keeps defending an incompetent courier service all the whilst I remain out of pocket and without a battery.

Seems DuracellDirect either cares more for their Couriers testimony than that of the customer. 6attemptes to collect and none of which were successful noting that on the last attempt by the so called courier i was actually at my wife's shop from 10:00 am to 15:00pm that day and the request collection time by DHL was "between 12:19-13:19". So I'm now leaning towards this whole situation of Rebecca arranging the collection to be an outright LIE. Rebecca was even insinuating thagt i gave he an incorrect address and when i asked her to confirm the address she has for me she GHOSTED me. How pathetic and rude! is that?

In My Opinion.....DURACELLDIRECT JUST DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR AFTER-SALES CUSTOMER CARE; SO BE AWARE OF 3 THINGS. ONE). YOU MAY BE SOLD A FAULTY BATTERY!!!
TWO). YOU RISK NEVER GETTING IT REFUNDED, RETURNED OR COMPENSATED FOR WITH DUE ATTENTION!!!
THREE). YOU WOULD BE OUT OF POCKET AND LEFT HOLDING A DUFF BATTERY!!!
