The webpage and ordering is not very intuitive. Getting a mail from customer service is complete bull****. I received a mail from "Diana". I thought it was some porn-site.......but it was actually from their help-desk. You receive a mail from PSA-parts when the shipment is sent........pretty confusing. Everything works ok.......they just need to streamline things a bit
