Ekstremt dårlig oplevelse ved køb af oplader til bærbar. Jeg bestilte en oplader til min ASUS-bærbare med samme modelnavn som den oplader min bærbare kom med. Da opladeren ankom viste det sig at det var med et andet stik. Jeg skrev til support og forventede at få at vide der var sket en fejl eller i det mindste få en returlabel til at returnere, men nej, jeg forventedes selv at returnere opladeren for egen regning (207 kr) ellers kunne der ikke refunderes eller ombyttes. Support mente at fejlen måtte være min selvom hjemmesiden skiltede med nøjagtigt samme produktnavn under "ASUS OEM"-kategorien som der stod på den oplader jeg havde selv. Efter jeg sendte yderligere detaljer til support for at vise at deres hjemmeside skiltede med det produkt jeg stod med skulle være identisk fik jeg igen at vide at jeg var den der begik fejlen.

Jeg måtte tage sagen til Paypal der sørgede for en refundering af opladeren. Efter Paypal gav mig medhold kontaktede support mig IGEN for at fortælle mig at det var min fejl fordi jeg ikke havde valgt opladeren ud fra en bestemt specifikation (som der ikke står på deres hjemmeside).

Extremely bad experience buying a charger for my laptop. I ordered a charger for my ASUS laptop with the same model name from the webshop as the one my laptop came with. When the charger arrived it turned out to have a different plug to mine. I wrote to support expecting to be told a mistake had been made or be given a return shipping label, but no, I was expected to pay to return on my own dime (207 dkk/28 euro) or else there could be no refund or exchange. Support insisted the error would be mine even though the website showed exactly the same product name under the "ASUS OEM" category as was written on my own charger. After sending further details to support to show them the website/webshop was selling a product supposedly identical to mine I was once again told it was my mistake.

I had to take the case to Paypal that gave me a refund for the charger. After Paypal closed the case in my favor, support contacted me AGAIN to tell me that it was my mistake for not picking the charger based on a particular specification (that they are not writing on their homepage).

I have two old and semi-old digital cameras whom I've been trying to find new batteries for, as the old batteries are very dead. The duracell website makes it super easy to find the exact batteries you need, as the have lists both of all the cameras they have batteries for, and the serial numbers of the batteries themselves. Super cool, simple, and easy to use interface!

Very easy to find what you need want and very easy to pay for it.

Previous purchase few weeks ago went smoothly delivered by UPS one day faster than scheduled. Quality of replacement battery for a Bosch Drilling/Screwing Machine very good. Expecting today´s order to be likewise.

Easy order process even I was not able to find all products I needed, then I was satisfied. Now awaiting the order to arrive with UPS as the only choice and I do NOT like that as UPS is not to trust and far to complex to deal with. Changing the pickup location only option is 45 km away from home, no options for selecting local stores. I had so many issues in the past using UPS so if I new they were picked as shipping company, then I had made my order somewhere else , sorry to say Duracell

My experience was, up til now, great - but will be truly great when I receive the, ordered and payed for, goods

No problems, smooth and easy

Excellent webshop for finding replacement batteries for my 8 year old devices (laptop and drill). I easily found replacement options using the original manufacturer product numer, and with higher rated capacities than the originals! . easy peasy.

My battery charger stopped working after only two load ups. I have now ordered a new one. It is very frustrating, I use my camera professionally.

Good website, fast delivery - but last time, the battery i bought only lasted for 11 months and can´t miss the battery while they try to run diagnostics - so now i´m buying a new one before sending in the old.. thats a bit heavy.
