-5 stars. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Still waiting for my ongoing query to be resolved. I recieved my order early January.
Due to a manufacturing issue I'm still waiting for a replacement part for my chest of drawers.
I've been told that Dusk have a huge influx of issues to resolve and I need to wait 10days, I've been told this 3 times now. It's got to the point where I don't care how busy they are, I've been more than fair waiting my turn. Just sort it out!!!!!!!!!
Don't bother wasting your money on this diabolical company.
Sh*te service!!!!!!!! Would never recommend to anyone.

Honestly just don’t bother ordering…

Honestly just don’t bother ordering from Dusk. My parcels from China have arrived quicker than this order! Placed the order beginning
Of Jan had an issue with my contact number which no problem reached out to customer services and they updated it. Been 2 weeks since and still being d the courtier is trying to reach out! They haven’t been clearly!! Every other parcel or delivery order with any other company have no issues in delivering to me.

I understand that they may be understaffed or whatever in the customer service department, but having no communication for days when you are trying to receive your paid for delivery is just not acceptable.

Lesson to be learned shop at Dunelm! Oh and still no refund, no delivery and no emails back!

I would give no stars if that was…

I would give no stars if that was possible. Ordered a sofa bed on 11/11/24. It was not stated on the website that there was no stock or it was a pre order and I expected it within a reasonable timeframe of two weeks. Delivery was arranged for today 27/2/25 I specifically asked for an afternoon slot when booking the delivery. Low and behold delivery was attempted at 8.30am. Goodness only knows when I'll be able to arrange for a second delivery and it's going to cost me £30.00. After waiting over 4 months with unanswered emails from Dusk and the delivery attempt fails because they can't even turn up at the right time. I don't know about the quality of the products but waiting for delivery with zero explanations and the diabolical customer service means I would recommend anyone avoid this company like the plague. I am not surprised to see their low star rating when I came on here to leave a review. Dreadful.

Diabolical customer service!! Ordered a bed in December, have booked a delivery slot twice, and twice the bed has not arrived. Same copy and pasted email response about delays in delivery and my order being made a priority…please get me a refund!!!

Same as everyone else - scam company

During the January sale I decided to order some dusk towels whilst I was still away. I got home mid January to see my order still hadn’t arrived. I waited till 28th January and my order still didn’t say dispatched, I emailed dusk twice as I didn’t get any response and their auto email says 1-2 working days, they finally said it would be dispatched soon to which I got the email a few days later, low and behold about 1/2 of my dusk order arrived. I sent them a screenshot of my receipt and circle what items hasn’t arrived yet, again had to email twice as again no one responding to me. I get another delivery, about 2 more items come in. I go back to them and tell them I’m missing 3 items now, all I wanted was confirmation that they have on their end that I don’t have those items and just to contact me when they will be dispatching even if it’s in 2-3 months. As they said it could only be ready in June! Ridiculous but it’s fine. I also said I need to change the address for these then as I’m moving house in April and can’t risk them getting delivered to my old address. I gave it to them and they said they will ‘try’ their best, ah yes because it’s currently February and changing an address for an order in June is too hard…..

So now I’m having to contact my credit card company and trading standards as technically I don’t even know if I will get these missing items or if they will come to me as If it goes to my old address in a few months il never receive it. I would have changed to my office address if I had known I would be waiting 5 months for 2 towels!!
I used this company 2 years ago when I first moved in my home, I loved their items and towels and thought they had great sales, safe to say I will never use again. I’ve also told any friends and family it’s not worth it. Would rather pay a bit more at a company like M&S who give you the good service too and pick up the phone.

Do NOT deal with this company ever

Do NOT deal with this company ever. I feel I have been scammed. There is no way to contact them. I am awaiting delivery of two sideboards and the delivery address is wrong as I have moved in the time I waited for them. Sent 15 emails without response. Delivery company are just as bad. Tried to contact them in advance. The furniture is now on the van to my old address. The driver is not allowed to deliver to new address. So frustrating as no one responds. Dreadful.

Refusing to refund missing items

Following on from my last review where Dusk replied & and said they would contact me they haven’t
I still have not received my pillows ordered on 20th jan
I contacted them yet again today asking for a refund to which again they replied saying they’re on there way
I do not want the pillows have purchased elsewhere with no trouble
Customer service is totally unacceptable

Items are undelivered. Communication ignored

Moving into a new house on Friday. Placed an order 5 weeks ago for new furniture and have not heard anything since ordering.

Order is unproccessed. Emails are unanaswered and phone lines have been disabled.

All responses are generic including the ones on here (copy and paste to all customers complaining about delivery times).

This is so dissapointing. In a time which should be so exciting, we are left waiting without any communication for furniture for a new home.

Scam

What can I say after 30 messagers and 20 days later no goods, no refunds Ordering from this company is a Gamble, my order is still processing stage for over 20 days. I'm not quite sure how they are still allowed to trade, no telephone number, automated message to all complaints no human voice, had to get my bank involved as I believe it's a robbery when u pay for something or a service and have nothing to see, feel, show, eat ect. Fingers cross I get a refund they can't get delivery's to hundred of customers yet continue to take new orders advertise on all social media platforms. I started posted on all platforms to warn customers against this cowboys. Spread the word Scam Company

Dusks customer service is absolutely…

Dusks customer service is absolutely appalling. When you do get an answer from someone, you're palmed off with we are looking at your complaint and will update you in two days. To then be ignored when you chase them for your update. I only heard back from them when I wrote my first review complaining about not receiving my furniture when I booked my delivery. I have spoken with the delivery company and they do not even have me on record. If I have to contonue posting a bad a review just to get an update on my order. I will do so.

I wish I could give zero stars

I wish I could give zero stars. Ordered a bed mid January for delivery between February 2-9th. The took my payment immediately but nothing has arrived and online the expected delivery date remains the same. Their phone lines are closed, they respond to emails with an automated message and don't reply to social media messages. No way to contact them. Absolute jokers. They manage to update their socials OK and place Facebook ads but it seems they can't be bothered to respond to customers who have paid over money and received nothing. Im moving house soon and I can't even get hold of them to tell them or cancel it! Save yourself and avoid them!

Appalling customer service

I have now been advised that the courier received only part of the order on 22 January. Despite this Dusk lied to me when they stated 'I have looked into your order and am delighted to see that this has now been dispatched from us'. Not impressed either that the courier set up delivery for a part order, then cancelled at last minute because it was not complete - this should have been noticed on 22 January and I should have been advised, by both Dusk and the courier.

Once again non existent customer service from Dusk, with phone lines still closed, emails taking weeks to respond to and then given no useful information. I was expecting a delivery tomorrow, only to be advised today it's been cancelled. I can only contact the delivery company, Rhenus, by WhatsApp which gives no answers, just automated responses. I strongly advise against ordering anything from Dusk.

This company is a complete scam

This company is a complete scam. I paid for some curtains six weeks ago paid upfront started chasing them finding out where they were only to find that they’d updated my order and said it won’t be delivered until the end of May so that’s over six months since I ordered the curtains I’ve been trying to chase them on email. I can’t find a telephone number and they’re not giving me my money back. It’s absolutely disgusting. I wouldn’t ever use this company. I posted something on Facebook on their page and another cam jumped in and made out that they were the helpdesk for dusk and ironically there was a telephone number and it was from Kenya. I stupidly gave my personal details and now I’ve been scammed twice. Don’t ever use this company.

Broken Storage Ottoman Bed issue unresolved, order number: S22405367

Waited a couple of days to hear back from Dusk team, no response! The bed remains broken and causing much inconvenience to me. I wouldn’t recommended purchasing anything from Dusk, as there is NO way to reach their customer service teams. I have tried all forms of contact, yet they remain unresponsive and unavailable, which is absolutely ridiculous! I will be sharing this on Facebook and TikTok accounts to make people aware that if you purchase anything from Dusk and receive a faulty item, there is NO way of reaching any sort of customer service. I’m happy share my email receipts for evidence that company simply doesn’t care about customer service and I have seen plenty of reviews from people who are facing the same issue!! Please don’t purchase anything from this company !!
