Fantastic service. Called out in the early hours and got to me pretty quickly considering my tyred aren't the average size. Very competitive prices and fast service. Will 100% recommend 👌

Had a tyre deflation 4 hours from home it was midnight and they were with my at 7.30 am and got be back on my way very helpful and not over priced especially for the service I received

My Mom and I were due to travel down to Stansted from Nottingham and she got a flat en route to pick me up (we were travelling for a competition in Ireland!) panic set in. She contacted an initial company who were going to be over an hour!! Decided to call these legends who ‘dropped everything’ to head over and fix the tyre!
So efficient. Amazing service. Polite, professional, and friendly!

Have used dustcap a couple of years ago and they attended quickly to a request after being badly let down by Halfords. Used them again a couple of weeks ago and again received quick, excellent service at a very competitive price. Nothing I can fault.

Booked Saturday for Sunday morning turned up when he said he would done within half an hour at quoted price told me would have been cheaper during the week but needed that day/ good service

Awful service. The guy said he would turn up in two hours three and a half hours ago and now won’t answer the phone and never turned up. Stranded with no tire!

First we contacted RAC and the man sent a man from dustcap
We waited around an hour for him to arrive but once he did the tyre was off and on so fast. Very experienced and helpful man. We can now get to our destination. Thank you

I had an unfortunate event where I had not one but four tyres popped Saturday afternoon. A call to Dustcap’s; priced best from a gazillion quotes I had to include fitting call out the next day on. Sunday of all days.

Contacted when said they would and such a prompt service throughout. Definitely could not rate any higher.

Having a bad day, my tyre had a whole. Stopped at the nearest available point on a double yellow line. Called dusty cap and an appointment was made for 12:30 pm noon. Time went by and had to call for an update. Eventually arrived at 5:10 pm. However, quick and friendly when arrived and the tyre was swiftly changed.

As a possible one-person company, I believe, being honest and communicating/ updating customers is important, even if we have a bad day.

Spoke to someone to book in for a tyre change for the day, he stated there would be a call out charge due to it being a bank holiday. So I agreed to do it the following day and he said it'll be first thing but wouldn't give me a time.

Following morning there was no show and no call or updates so I rang up and was told there was no records of my booking and the person I had spoke to was off for a few days now.

Ended up sorting elsewhere.

Poor service when I was in need as i had work.

Can't recommend Dustcap enough. Booked online. Arrived exactly when they said. Highly professional and friendly. I won't be using anyone else for tyres now I have found Dustcap. Great service.

Realised I needed a new tyre quite urgently August bank holiday Monday so bought a budget just to get some tread back
Called Tuesday morning and got a callback for a slot 2pm-2:30pm
Told the guy that's cutting it very fine as I needed to drive 40 miles to Sheffield that afternoon.
The response was "I'll juggle some of my other jobs and see what I can do", so there he was outside my house at around 1:30pm
Told me they didn't have the one I ordered in stock and that he'd fitted a better quality one at no extra cost.
Highly recommend this company.

Got me out of a right pickle
Screw in front tyre, noticed how bad it was when i arrived at work 30 miles away from home. Rang in the morning and they were there at my work car park at 3pm as they said they would. Decent price too, massively more convenient than having to put the spare on and take to a garage.
Hopefully i won't need to use them again but if i'm unfortunate in the future they will be the ones i call

Excellent service .....I needed a tyre after it was punctured whilst driving back on the motorway. I spoke to the owner at 11.30pm and he arranged for a new tyre to be delivered and fitted next day....I cannot fault this company and find them super easy to deal with....fantastic.

I was on my way to work when I had a flat tyre. Thinking it would be a few hours before I could get someone to come out to me, Rhys turned up within 45 minutes of making the call. Rhys was very helpful and even went above and beyond on his way to get my replacement tyres by dropping me off at work. I very rarely carry cash on me and no cash machines near by so for Rhys to have a card machine was perfect for me, Dustcap are moving with the times! All in all I was expecting it to be stressful however, I was put at ease with the efficiency of the service and how friendly Rhys was. I will be recommending Dustcap to anyone and everyone I know. Thanks again!

Incredible service. Quick , quality couldn't recommend more.

Very helpful and efficient. My tyre burst in the evening; by the next morning Rhys had found me 2 new tyres to match the others on my car, fitted them at home and I was on my way by 10.30am. I will definitely call on them again if I need help.

Excellent service - Came out to me within a few hours. The tyre I originally chose wasn't in stock but said an alternative at the same price was available!

After my tyre pressure light came on during my journey home from work I called Dustcap at 6.30pm to see how soon he could take a look at it. As he was only 15 minutes away he said he would come over once he had finished that job. At 6.50pm he arrived and after inspecting the tyre said he could repair it there and then. By 7.10pm I was on my way home and a very happy customer - what's not to like?

I had a blow out on the A610 in the very early hours of the morning and expected to either be stranded on the lay-by or having to pay extortionate prices to get towed to a garage.

I found their website on Google, rang the number with the hope that they answered at such early hours. They arrived within 2hrs and to make matters better I was charged a very reasonable price to say the time I called. I was very pleased with the service and I would highly recommend this company!
