I decided I needed to replace my tyres before going for MOT. I rang them at 11.00am they came at the time they said (5pm same day) . I don't do many miles a year and was impressed that they didn't try to sell me a top of the range tyre. Price was very competitive and there were no hidden extras such as VAT to add on. Proper invoice sent the next day, no cash in hand rubbish.Pleasant fitters. Excellent service.

I have used these guys for a while now. And having read the haters reviews who are clearly the sort of people who want things yesterday not taking into account or understanding the logistics of business and how many different tyre sizes exist and loading all just wouldn't be feasible..... so before you moan about time taken think about all the running around this company does to obtain the right size tyre for us. Which is a hell of a lot more convenient than removing a wheel and taking to a local garage with massive overheads charging the earth. I have had several tyres from these at great prices backed by great product with a timely manner of service. This guy saved me when I had a scary blow out on the A 50 this week and they went the extra mile for no extra cost... highly recommended....

Dustcap were recommended to me by various friends. They came to my office in Colwick and saved me so much time, sorted out my problem (puncture), they were totally polite and courteous. They are just like you would want a company to be; great value, good service and quality work. They deserve to be massively successful, who wouldn't use a mobile service like theirs when it saves all the hassle of trolling around tyre dealers and then waiting. Top marks guys. Thank you.

I rather stupidly hit a kerb on the way home last night. I could put my finger through the hole in the front tyre, so I knew it needed replacing. Whilst waiting for the AA to get me home I called several supposedly '24/7' mobile tyre fitters, but Dustcap was the only company to answer, and offered a fair price. Arranged for a new tyre to be fitted outside my house this morning. All done without a hitch.

Just had two tyres fitted by this company and I must say OUTSTANDING. Ordered the tyres at 11.30 last night got a phone call this morning at 8.30 to confirm my booking time. The fitter arrive at 2.30 and 25mins later tyres fitted. Wow...

Best price quoted, came to my office nearly 2hrs late...the lad was polite and seemed to know what he was doing...the job was compleated on time and all looked well. However, the car vibrates so juch its undrivable over 50mph. I have spoken and emailed to get them back but they really dont care. Wont respond to calls or emails. I have now had to pay £30 extra from a competitor to rectify their mistake. This company will not be around for long....steer well clear is my advice.

I booked this service to replace a tyre on my daughters horsebox as she is in Nottingham and Im in Leeds. I thought paying for it in advance and booking a slot would be stress free - HOW WRONG I WAS!

Firstly be aware that when you use the website although it says you have paid you havnt at all - they ring you up and ask you to put money straight into a private bank account by bank transfer - not sure the HMRC would approve! Then they tell you the tyres you ordered are not available and you have to pay for more expensive ones!

Then the "technician" turns up at your daughters yard and puts a completely wrong size tyre on and then refuses to change it unless you pay a load more money - in addition they now want paying for the "mobile" part of the service despite the fact that the website claims this is included. ONE tyre ended up costing me £150 and TWO days of stress while they left my daughters vehicle in an unroadworthy state. The attitude is hostile and they frankly are not nice people to do business with - and in addition they are not even cheap!

i got up friday morning to head to work got to my car i realised i had a flat tyre! I then searched on google for nottingham mobile tyre fitters first to come up was dustcap i called them explained what was wrong and they was with me within half an hour. my tire was not repairable they replaced my tire with a new one and sent me on my way and i arrived on to work on time! :) fanatastic service will defiantly use dustcap services again

Started using this company a few years back when they were good but they have since gone down hill rapidly. Ordered four tyres on their website for a Saturday morning fitting but they did not turn up. When I phoned the guy after lunch he said that he couldn't get the tyres but would have them on Monday. Monday came and another phone call revealed that the supplier had delivered the wrong size tyres but he would definitely have them for the following (Tuesday) morning and I would be the first customer after the 9.30am delivery. On Tuesday at 11.30am I had heard nothing so I had to call them again. I was told they were still waiting for a delivery so it would be later that afternoon. I cancelled there and then as I'd wasted enough time on these amateurs. I didn't even receive an apology just a "fine". I would not even give one star if I could, in this economic climate I find it amazing companies can offer this level of service - I doubt they'll be around much longer or at least I hope not!!!!

Great service, van had a flat on the way to a job and they (dustcap) were with me in no time minimising any distrubtion to my day after endless calls to other mobile tyre fitters being unable to help.

the service i recieved from dustcap was impeccable. i orderd tyres online on the monday the tyres was then fitted on the tuesday and the customer service was outstanding. i was also very impressed with how quick the tyres was fitted. will deffinately recommend. adam sinnott.

Rang for a quote was given sensible advice didn't feel under any pressure to choose a particiular brand. The quote was the cheapest in my area. The young man who came out to me (within the hour) was professional, polite and knew his stuff. Highly reccomend Dustcap will use again and have reccomended to work, family and friends.

Absolute fantastic service, broke down on my way to work early this morning. Dustcap was out to me within 1 hour to repair my tyre. Was brilliant and fast service from fitter Rhys. Would definitely use this service again!

It is so easy to call and let people know what is happening I would be understanding.
