Hi,

Thank your for your feedback.
Sorry to hear that your item is delayed.

If you contact our customer support we can check your status at your order.

At our web site we have some different category's on each item.
In stock items has a green box with info on how many items we have.
Other items can have a white box with info "Non stock item" This item can have long delivery time.
We can also have items that is sent from a distributor. This has a yellow box and can have info that it will be sent from us within 3-4 working days.
Delays can sometimes occur unfortunately.
