I was supposed to receive my order within 21 days and we're currently on day 28 with no dispatch in sight. Why offer a 21 delivery guarantee if you can't fulfil it? This is the second time it's happened now. Last time I had to cancel as it had been nearly 2 months and still no delivery. I will not be ordering again. If you're happy to wait multiple months for some mediocre plants use Dutch bulbs. Summer will be over by the time you receive.

DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY. They take your money and send you dead plants. It takes more than three weeks to arrive and the company do not respond to customers so you can’t get a refund. Trish will probably reply to say email reviews but she doesn’t answer the emails.

Awful company. They take your money and send dead plants, then don’t reply to customers when they complain. No refund received and I can’t get hold of anyone from the company. Review responses say email review but Trish doesn’t reply. I will have to go through the credit card company to get my money back from this scam company

DO NOT USE. They take 3 weeks to arrive and the plants are dead upon arrival. Customer service is non existent. I’ve emailed ‘sales’ and ‘review’ and they don’t reply. They take money for goods that are not as described and ignore customers when they ask for a refund.

Couldn’t change order as carnt use phone. Tried to change order though email they wouldn’t do it. So be careful what you order

I have being trying all day to get through to this company but gave up.l got vsuckmkf listening to crap music.if you are busy give the engaged tone.instead of wasting my money.we had a delivery of cat shoo.it was damaged and I only managed to save 4 plants Please replace thank you

I’m very disappointed with this merchant. The delivery was late, and the ornamental grasses arrived in very poor condition — dried out and visibly damaged. I also tried contacting them multiple times, but they have not responded to any of my emails, which is extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, this company is not reliable, and I would not recommend them.

The latest plants I ordered from J Parkers are very low quality. I ordered 5 Aquilegia and 5 primula Auricula mixed. The Aquilegia arrived very underdevelopped and half dead. One of them, at least, is dead. The primula are not that mixed, all the same colour but one and not in a very good shape either. One is really struggling. I contact their "customer service" and still waiting for an answer. I want my money back for the "Aquilegia", worst quality either.
I update my comment. The customer service gave me back my money for the Aquilegia. They reacted quickly after my review on Trust pilot. The plants of the rest of my orders are healthy.

Dahlias tubers can sometimes be far from their best by the time they arrive, but on this occasion ALL the tubers were in first class condition, and packed extremely well. The order was executed by Parkers in a speedy manner with no omissions through lack of stock. I was well satisfied in every way. Well done Parkers!!

i have ordered a few bulbs and plants and no regrets. good company. no false promises. the rose Gouchard especially is WOW.

Excellent quality , well packaged and arrived when stated.

It was something of a disaster unfortunately. A lot of broken and damaged plants and some not so good specimen. I am hoping Parker will rectify this as I am sure they would wish to do so.
