Superb variety of bulbs to tempt you and in good prices too. I have ordered from J Parker Wholesale before and found the quality of their bulbs good. I like that they still do a paper catalogue and love to browse this many times over. Would happily recommend J Parker. Deducted 1 star for the comparatively expensive postage, but otherwise full marks.

AVOID!!!! an order I placed in August for plants that were scheduled to be dispatched from the 2nd of September. As of now, I have received absolutely no updates about my order.

Despite my attempts to follow up, I have only been informed that the stock has not yet reached the warehouse. This is quite perplexing and disappointing, especially since the plants are listed as in stock on your website. The lack of communication and updates from your side has been quite disheartening and has left me feeling neglected as a customer.

I kindly request a prompt update on the status of my order and a clear explanation for the delay. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could provide a realistic timeline for when I can expect the plants to be dispatched. Your immediate attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated, as I am eager to receive my order.

Excellent service from start to finish. My order of bulbs arrived well packed and in excellent condition. Very good size bulbs. And very pleased with my experience.

The catalogue is well laid out and being able to purchase larger quantities at a reasonable price is helpful when planning the two gardens I plant up. Quality of, on this occasion tulip bulbs, is good. Communication prior to delivery is spot on as is packaging.

Plants dried up and 2 were completely dead on arrival, After careful tending I managed to salvage 3 out of the 6 and have yet to see if they survive in long term.

I have used this a few times, one order sent back straight away as plants in very poor condition, then tried again and second time much better. But just bought 25 larger plug plants, most plants half dead with some small signs of life, too tiresome to return. Plants sent out would be binned and or composted in a retail setting as unsellable.

Made a complaint about plant we purchased as requested we sent photo we have had no further contact from the C care we purchased quite a few plants over the years but we willl not be buying again

I ordered £612 worth of perennial plants from J Parkers. I have been buying from them for over 25 years. They are very well priced and so of course I know there is the risk that you get what you pay for. However this recent order came in an appalling state - I had 3 professional gardeners here to receive the order, ready to plant up the plants and care for them. They order was in their opinion well over 80% ruined. I must add that this was probably the fault of Evri who delivered the plants a week later than they said they were going to. However when i sent photographic evidence to J Parkers they replied that “ It is normal for perennials not to look their best at this stage as last years foliage is not removed. All the plants have strong root systems which have been checked prior to packing, therefore, we advise to plant them up directly into the garden or in to a larger pot if preferred and advise further in the unlikely event they fail to come through with new growth in the next 2-3 weeks”
This felt like a total joke as I had literally sent photographs of withered, black, dead plants. I strongly believe that most of the other big plant wholesalers and sellers would have taken responsibility and replaced the plants. I would like to post the pictures here, however unfortunately this doesn’t seem to be an option.

Every thing poor quality control a bad courier I cannot trust them to deliver a very bad experience has was surprise for my daughter

Have used Parker's for a few years now...plants are always well-packaged & arrive in good condition.
The delivery for my latest order was split, with my lavender arriving just a few days after ordering, and my 2 pre-planted hanging baskets arriving today. Baskets are really well-planted with LOTS of healthy surfinias, and I'm confident they'll look amazing once they start flowering. Thanks!
