Very pleased with my many baby plants and hopefully what they grow into.

Perennials all arrived together in great condition - good size plants easy to pot on.
Zonal geraniums (60) arrived in separate order, one tray seemed to be affected by mould and several were not able to be saved.
Saying that the standard of the plants is exceptional and I’m overall very happy the way my order has been fulfilled (4.5 stars)

These plants were half dead on arrival and I wasted several hours trying to revive them and carefully cutting off masses of dead bits. I opened the parcel immediately on its arrival and found the plants so bone dry, the root balls were shrunken away from the pots and their soil was flaking off like powder. I complained to customer services and was told plants are always like that at this time of year and if they actually die, there's a refund guarantee. Great. I've been gardening for more than 40 years and I know what fresh young nursery plants are supposed to look like. I've had better plants from Parkers but maybe they need to review training / supervision of their packers, or to speed up their delivery service.

Just received £60 worth of Dahlia Tubers. Arrived in poor packaging, tubers look dried out and in very poor condition. Many split due to lack of packaging, qualiy looks dubious at best. At the same time received another order for same product from another well known company (cheaper too I might add) complete opposite from J Parkers, perfecly packaged plump good looking tubers. shall not be using J Parkers again, not worth the money and bad quality to say the least.

Last year I bought a honeysuckle. Called American Beauty. From. You’ll. and I thought. It had died in the front of the house ……but. Yesterday. I looked. At. My top bay window and saw the green shoots. And more. So I learnt it shoots in spring …that has made. My spring.

Dreadful company with awful customer service. Bought collections of heucheras and hostas. Hostas were bare root plants. They were packed and despatched on a Friday meaning they were in transit for 4 days. They arrived in very poor condition having been jammed into a box with no proper protection. Hostas were okay but heucheras were badly damaged. Complained and met a brick wall. Will never use them again and would advice others to also avoid.

Great quality plants. I ordered 5cm plants of delphiniums, foxgloves and lupins. All arrived in good condition and brilliant size considering they cost less than 50p each. Can’t wait to see them fully grown filling my beds for a brilliant price

Very good value, good service, great plants, they arrive small but grow really fast. Only downside is that we have issues in our area with with Evri taking a week to deliver.
