I received the bulbs fine, but…

I received the bulbs fine, and planted when it was time. Nothing. Not one bulb sprouted. I thought they felt a bit light as I was handling them. I followed the directions to the tee: proper soil, planted to the correct depth, covered properly, and watered. Very disappointed.

Never had such an excellent customer service

I shop with Dutch Grown for some years now and they never disappointment me, when ever I have a problem I shoot them an email and the next day I get an answer. I just wish the rest of the industry had the same customer service as Dutch Grown have. They are the BEST !

Bulbs were small

I received a bag of queen of the night bulbs and they were all very small . I called Dutchgrown to tell how disappointed I was and the representative told me they were supposed to be like that. I received the same bulbs from Colorblends the year before and they were 3 times the size of these. I thought I was saving money with cheaper bulbs but I guess you get what you pay for

Respectfully, the photos you sent us showed perfectly healthy normal sized blooms. If you are adamant we are wrong, you were welcome to send better photos showing a clear measurement of the blooms. At this point, your photos were reviewed multiple times and we stand by the quality of our product and the fact that you have 100% perfectly healthy beautiful blooms true to variety.

Great Dahlia roots were delivered

Great Dahlia roots were delivered. They are much better than Delia roots purchased from other companies, which were single roots, dried out and poor performance. I can’t wait to see the blooms that will come out great product and great services will order again.

Delighted with all bulbs

Delighted with all bulbs, tubers and corms supplied. Although we have windy weather , the tulips and daffodils have proved strong and able to withstand the conditions. So many passers-bys have stopped and told me how wonderful the flowers are. Already tulips and daffodils have been flowering for 4 weeks and still more blooming, in all their vibrancy and shapes.
I'm new to gardening and appreciated access to the" How to guides".
Glad to recommend trying for yourselves, everything arrived in excellent state and on time.

My Dutch grown anemone corms arrived…

My Dutch grown anemone corms arrived nicely packed , so I potted them right away. Some did well and some didn’t sprout. The Dutch grown company resolved the problem and adjusted my price. The sprouts I have growing are strong and beautiful. Thank you Dutch Grown company. 🌺

fantastic products

I have purchased nearly 25 (more than) Dahlias from various vendors this spring. You are without a doubt the best product I have received. I have purchased from 5 or 6 different locations and will only use you in the future. Your tubers are more than twice the size and they are healthier as well. Thank you for the effort you put in to offer the best product on the market.... Kyle

I ordered the golden olaxis and the…

I ordered the golden olaxis and the small red one. the golden ones are doing very poorly. I have pictures of both. Any suggestions? It was almost a $19.00 with shipping and it looks terrible. I watered them both the same time and I cant figure what's wrong.I have them under a plant light.

Billed me for Fall bulbs in the Spring

The Spring-planting bulbs arrived fairly quickly and I was billed for them, which is fine, but I was also billed for the Fall-planting bulbs, which made up more than 1/2 the order, at the same time, in the Spring. Grumble.

Two plants - different quality

I ordered two bare root plants. Although they were the same plant, one was a large hardy specimen and the other was a quarter of the size and frail. The hardy plant is thriving; however, the frail plant is struggling and it is not clear if it will survive. Dutchgrown asked me to send then photos of the plants. They provided recommendations for the plants and issued an immediate refund for the smaller plant as the plants were no longer in available to ship this griwing season. Great customer service. I will definitely use Dutchgrown for my plant needs in the future.
