When I received my order it was wrong

When I received my order it was wrong. One of the hellebore I planted had no corns but look like roots so I planted it and has not grown since planting. The other hellebores that I have received have not grown. I texted them about this situation. No response. This happened to my order last year but I said nothing cuz it was too cold and snowing to plant so I thought it was my fault.

However, this company has heart! They did reach out and truly wanted to make things right. And they did!!! Thanks you so much for your awesome customer service.

I enjoy their bulbs

I enjoy their bulbs. They come on time and the quality is super, large beautiful bulbs.
Their end of the season sale bulbs are equally good
My daffodils are natualizing and looking super each spring

Do not hesitate! Your blooms will amaze you.

I started sending flower bulbs to my daughter. She is establishing a beautiful garden. Amazing results. We review our choices and I send them to her in the fall and now in the spring. Her pictures are wonderful as each catalog photo comes to life. It is a gift that goes on giving. The anticipation, planning and excitement when they first appear is thrilling. Start a new tradition and share bulbs with a family member. I am not sure who enjoys it more - the sender or the recipient.

The tubers are smaller than what is…

The tubers are smaller than what is shown on the website. It looks like almost half of eight, do not have viable crowns.

Missing bulb!

It would have been a 5, but I ordered 3 bulbs and only got 2. (6 of one kind and 3 of the other).

I didn't get product I ordered

I didn't get product I ordered. I sent an email and got a response saying I would hear from Dutch Grown within 2-3 days, but more than a week later and no one has responded back to me. Disappointed

I bought a package of dahlia tubers

I bought a package of dahlia tubers. They arrived in a timely manner. The tubers size was disappointing and must of them had been broken or damaged. I fact the one tuber I am not expecting any flowers from it, it was that small and I could not see any eyes on the tuber. This was the first time for me to purchase from this company. It will be my last, I’m going back to a company that has a much better quality product.

Dahlia tubers can naturally vary in size, and visible eyes are not always present on arrival. However, if anything appeared broken, damaged, or not viable, we would have wanted the chance to review this directly.

very disappointed in the condition of…

very disappointed in the condition of the dahlias, they where small and a cluster of tubers all unmarked except for the shipping package It will be interesting to see how they grow and the quality of the plant. Bill foraker

Just the best

Just the best! Quick, easy, abundantly in stock, and great costumer service. Best Dahlias around, healthy and strong. Blooms are beautiful! Also I love supporting family owned business.

I bought 4 dahlias and 3 tuberous…

I bought 4 dahlias and 3 tuberous begonia bulbs. They arrived in perfect shape (although the U.S. delivery service placed them outside our garage door, and I accidentally ran over the edge of the box, missing them by about an inch). I planted them just before we left for a 3 week vacation. I was anxious to see how they did in my absence....they look great so far! Maybe I'll just keep my hands off of them😀.

I will order from this company again

They had the plant I wanted at a fair price. It arrived fairly quickly and well packed. It came with a large instruction booklet that covered all their different flowers which impressed me because obviously that instruction book is expensive with all its color pictures. The bare roots that I received looked in good health and i very happily planted them today
