Buying Wilson Homes is a very positive experience.

My entire dealings with the representatives of Wilson Homes was very positive and supportive before I moved in and after I moved in. The site team are happy to help with any questions or concerns about my new house. My experience so far cannot be faulted.

We’re very close to the contract…

We’re very close to the contract exchange stage now and have had a really positive experience with the sales team at Kings Park Macclesfield.

Both Jordan and Gillian have been friendly, responsive and easy to deal with throughout. A special thanks to Jordan, who has been our main point of contact and has really looked after us – always patient, clear and helpful, especially as first-time buyers when things became a bit more complex. The whole process has been much smoother than we expected.

DWH home purchase

This has been our first "brand new" house purchase. Our experience has been great, Gillian, Alexandra (Sales Team) & Stuart (Site Manager) have all been fantastic support and made sure all our needs have been met. House has been finished to a high standard, our snags dealt with quickly and professionally. Our only let down, unfortunately for DWH and the site team, has been DWH's carpet and carpet fitter supplier who are a sub contractor to DWH. Site team has had to get involved multiple times due to poor fitting and quality issues and we've had multiple visits from the sub contractor to correct it, ironically we picked the carpet package as our incentive specifically for moving in convenience and its turned out to be a major inconvenience. Otherwise, really happy with our choice in home and DWH's.

My experience with David Wilson has been commendable

My experience has been first class. I was given a very warm welcome - Gillian has been immensely supportive, helpful, patient and quick to respond to my many questions as I worked through options before reaching a decision to buy. Jordan and Penny also played a part and were friendly and supportive. All were very professional and knowledgeable making what was a very big decision that bit easier. A big thank you to you all!

Dedicated craftmanship and professional attitude

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent home care follow-up work carried out. Miss Gillian Packer's was highly responsible and attentive throughout the process, ensuring everything was well organized. As for the craftmanship, Mr. Jonathan Harte demonstrated his meticulous work on staircase, window sealant and painting with great attention to detail and the finish was truly refined.
This high level of dedication and professionalism was very much appreciated. I am very pleased with the follow-up outcome. Thank you.

Stonebridge Fields Warsop

We've recently moved into our 2nd home at Stonebridge Fields Warsop. The site manager Dave and his team are always available to sort any issues you may have, very professional and courteous. Our point of contact on site is Eddie who really couldn't do any more to make our experience any better, he's a credit to DWH. We love living here and wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

Having seen the development nearly 15 months earlier and visited and spoke to the site agent Kerry on a few occasions it quickly became clear how professional and willing she was to accommodate us on the plot that we wanted even though it was a long way off. Poor Service!

Is this the only way to get your attention DW? I left a review previously as all other methods end up in dead ends or nobody helping.

Shannon, John and Adam - DWH@Auchinleck Village

We recently moved into our new home at David Wilson Homes, Auchinleck Village (Plot 309), and the entire experience has been exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we first walked into the sales office and visited the show homes, we felt welcomed, supported, and genuinely valued. The professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail from the whole team made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and enjoyable.

A special mention must go to Shannon Moreland, John McMaster and Adam Brown, who have been (and continue to be) fantastic throughout the journey. They were always approachable, knowledgeable, and willing to help with any questions we had, making the buying and settling in process much easier and reassuring.

As a site team, they have been incredibly helpful since we moved in. It’s clear that the team genuinely care about homeowners even after completion and we are so thrilled to be part of this community/development. The continued support after moving in really shows that David Wilson Homes want their customers to not only buy a home, but truly enjoy living in it and feel settled. So yeah, very thrilled and happy with our new home and would highly recommend David Wilson Homes at Auchinleck Village to anyone looking for a quality home, outstanding customer service and the coolest neighbours ever!

Beautiful home

Beautiful home, and settling in has been completely stress-free. The team at Bangour Village have been incredibly helpful in resolving any minor issues since I moved in. I would highly recommend DW Homes to anyone considering buying a new home. I used their part exchange scheme and everything went seamlessly, with excellent communication throughout. Top marks to everyone—from the sales office right through to the site manager!

Satisfied customer

Today we have had the last of the snags fixed by the DWH new home customer care engineers and they both delivered an excellent service. They were friendly, approachable, respectful and helpful, just two lovely guys. They worked continuously and professionally and completed the jobs to a high standard. No issue was too much for them to sort and they made a thorough job cleaning up afterwards. I was very satisfied with the jobs they did and could not be more appreciative for all their help today.

Amazing customer care

I purchased my home over a year ago and I have had a great experience with Bethany who manages the customer care services post move in. She has been very attentive to any issues that I had and has been overall very helpful and exceptional. Highly recommend!
