Our experience buying our first hone with DWH

Buying our first home was a big step for my wife and I, so we took our time researching and visiting different builders across the UK. We eventually chose David Wilson Homes because of the quality of their properties and their attention to detail in finishing.
But the real reason we settled on Glenvale Park, Wellingborough was Georgia.
From the very beginning, she was simply amazing—warm, honest, and genuinely invested in helping us make the right decision. She kept us informed every step of the way, fought to get us a great deal, and supported us through all our choices, from materials to upgrades.
We had met another great sales representative at Wendel View, but Georgia’s care and dedication stood out. She made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and exciting.
We are truly grateful, and David Wilson Homes is very fortunate to have someone like her.

Since moving in, Shane has also been very helpful to us, he is prompt, listens to any issues we raise and does his best to resolve it as quickly as possible.
We are very happy with the DWH team at Glenvale park so far and hope that our after sale experience will remain stress free.

DWH BOCLAIR MEWS.however…

BOCLAIR MEWS DWH
I had reserved a Dee show flat,however there was a delay and I would let the buyers for my house down if the entry date was brought forward.
I decided honour the entry date and appealed to Chistine the sales agent. Within a week she offered me a Dee flat within the site.
I accepted the transfer and am grateful and impressed with professional way this was achieved.

Incredibly happy with my David Wilson…

Incredibly happy with my David Wilson home, the build and finish to them are great, a lot of care and effort go into them.
All the staff on site are always more than happy to help and accommodate, always receive a great service from Sian and Chris at Clockmakers, from reserving to moving the whole process was incredibly smooth. A special mention also for Kirk, nothing is ever to much trouble for him… he checks in a few days after moving aswell to make sure everything is okay. It’s these little touches that make them stand out from other companies ! Thank you

Excellent from start to finish

Excellent from start to finish. Louise and Ian in the sales office were friendly and helpful throughout the process. All the site team, particularly Matt have gone out of their way to make our home perfect! We have now moved in and the quality of our home is excellent, we are very happy.

Great buying experience

David Wilson home's care about their customers

We moved into our new David Wilson home just before Christmas 2025. I love our new home it has everything we needed. The only problem that we have had was our Vaillant heat pump system. Not being familiar with this system as not used in New Zealand we were unsure why we kept waking up to no heating and hot water, we used the customer care line and they always got us up and running, but when it got to the 12th reset, I went over to the sales team, Sarah at Wolds View, Pocklington.
Neither Sarah or Matt the site rep, knew anything about our problems, once Sarah did, a Vaillant engineer was around and replaced 5 parts on our outside unit.
I realise that every now and again that there will be a faulty unit, but without Sarah I feel we would still be having our issues.
Thank you Sarah and Matt. I hope this shows what a reliable company David Wilson Homes are.
I love our new home and hope to for many years to come.

Clockmakers Whitchurch

We have bought a lovely home at clockmakers in Whitchurch. The process has been brilliant and Sian has been our rock and sound advisor. Our selling process to allow us to buy has been a little rocky but Sian and the DWH team have supported us. Without them I truly don’t feel we would be looking to move into our lovely new home in May. Thanks guys and especially Sian x

Sales team at David Wilson Homes

Sales team at David Wilson Homes - Chaulden Meadows Hemel Hempstead mislead us. After sending them our part exchange flat information and spending days answering their enquiries, their sales rep came back to us with quick email saying a first time buyer has made an offer and took the plot. Which shows no dignity whatsoever from the company. And let a legit buyer like myself down. I spent hours driving to the development twice to show my interest to them but was let down by them at the very last second. I am very upset indeed and hopefully this review can be sent to the appropriate sales managers to control their sales team methods.

Sales team were very polite and accommodating every time we visited them, however this decision made me think they were faking the whole thing just to have more interested buyers just in case the first time buyers ones didnt go through which is a nasty technique.

A stress free experience

The whole experience of buying our home from David Wilson Homes has been very easy and a stress free experience .Our sales adviser's Becca and then Cate have been extremely helpful and informative. The site manager Ryan and Joe and the rest of his team have been very helpful as well.Nothing has been to much trouble.
We would recommend David Wilson Homes to anyone looking to buy a new home.
