I met ‘Giusy’ at the Frome ‘Francis Fields’ Somerset Development site on Saturday 21Mar2026. We hadn’t booked an appointment and felt extremely lucky on the day that she was able to show us an ‘Avondale’ plot 30. Her exceptional knowledgeable of both the property and the site was truly wonderful! I cannot thank her enough for spending the time with us and indeed her kindness throughout! I am pleased to provide this reference following my purchase of a new-build property from David Wilson Homes at Kings Park, Macclesfield. I moved into my home in March 2024, and my experience throughout the process and beyond has been extremely positive.

My purchase was completed by James Griffith, the Sales Manager for the area, who was exceptional. He demonstrated outstanding knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail, ensuring that the entire process ran smoothly from start to finish. His guidance and support were invaluable and greatly appreciated.

Over time, I have also had the pleasure of dealing with the Site Management team, Ryan and Tom. They have been brilliant in their approach, consistently going out of their way to assist and to resolve any minor issues promptly and efficiently. Their commitment to customer satisfaction has been clear at every interaction.

More recently, I have interacted frequently with members of the Sales Team on site, Gillian and Jordan. They are always extremely friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with, further reinforcing the positive experience I have had.

Overall, my experience with everyone at David Wilson Homes, Kings Park, Macclesfield has been excellent. They are a strong, professional team offering a standard of service that is without fault. Based on my experience, I would confidently recommend them to anyone considering purchasing a new-build property.

Polite punctuational & professional. Came to fix some outstanding issues, was happy to do others that we’d noticed prior to the visit. Clean and tidy. Very happy.

Bought a David Wilson home at Niveus Walk in 2025. The house itself is decent, but the garden is a major letdown. The turf was clearly not properly prepared and is now badly infested with leatherjackets. This isn’t an isolated issue — multiple homes are affected. Very poor standard for a new-build.

I would avoid if looking for a garden.

They are quick to make the sale obviously, but the support afterwards is very limited. No one is replying to emails, it is so difficult to find out anything even basics like plot size you are buying they should have this information on hand, any extras are super overpriced too.

Andy attended our home for some paint touch ups and did a great job. Very professional even with being asked questions constantly by my son!

Great communication, very helpful, no pressure sale. Couldn't ask for better service and house is great.

Excellent communication throughout a tricky new home purchase. All staff had a good understanding of all aspects of buying and selling properties, keeping us right where other professionals involved failed to do so.
A beautiful home, clearly built to an exceptionally high standard with lots of thoughtful extras, all high spec.
Aftercare, so far, has been extremely supportive.

Kate at constable gardens made the whole experience very good. Made us feel so welcome, gave us tonnes of information and explained things very clearly. Communication since has been fantastic.
