Brilliant

I have used this company twice, first time was very smooth and the personalise phone case was just what I wanted the second time I was sent the wrong case just 5 days before Xmas but they managed to get me my original order to me within a couple more days. Cannot fault them. The quality of the case is also great.. pics just dictate personal touch. Will definitely order from them again..

Do not order from here

Do not order from here. Ordered on the 24th of nov - paid for 48 hour tracked postage - didn’t turn up until the 6th of dec. Chased delivery and asked for a refund of the postage via email - the refund question was never addressed. Wrapping paper turns up, supposed to berry red, and it’s burgundy/brown ish. Asked for a refund and I’ve been told I have to pay for the refund to ship it back even though the item is not as described. Total waste of time.

Very Very poor quality phone case which…

Very Very poor quality phone case which I purchased for my granddaughter. She dropped her phone thankfully the phone survived but the case shattered it's just made of brittle plastic. Wouldn't recommend this supplier to anyone
The case fitted the phone perfectly and my little granddaughter Olivia was so excited about half an hour later she accidentally dropped it on the floor which is wooden and the case shattered and the phone survived it's an old Samsung j6 which she plays games on the order number is 425653

I ordered a cover for my phone

I ordered a cover for my phone. Unfortunately I received the wrong cover. However I contacted Dyefor and explained the problem. I was provided with codes to order a new cover as well as to cover the cost of the postage.
The best recommendation is how well a company listens to you and puts things right. I would definitely use this company again.

What a lovely small business! I have just received my order, my first but won’t be my last! The quality of the paper and the images were fantastic and I’ve already sang the companies praises to family and friends. The cost and postage was really reasonable and if you order from this company you won’t be disappointed ❤️

Do not order from this company

I absolutely wish I had listened to the reviews. Appalling service. Lies about the carrier delivering to wrong address when they never actually received my parcel.
Henry the director makes promises he doesn't keep. Received refund after threatening court action.
Granddaughters birthday ruined as personalised suitcase never arrived.

I know we didn't realise this straight away, but as soon as we did a full refund was processed. Good quality wrapping paper perfect for me wrapping all my Halloween presents.
I was looking for wrapping paper specifically for Halloween. They have a good variety to choose from. I ordered 3 of the large 3 of the small 3x3 sheets and 1x3 sheets. There was an offer 3 for 2. But that wasn’t the reason I was looking at other websites and I’m glad I chose Dyefor. Great customer service.

I ordered a Sony Xperia case

I ordered a Sony Xperia case, which arrived speedily. Unfortunately my phone didn’t fit the case. I’d ordered an X1 instead of X1A. Henry at Dyfor kindly talked ( email) me through finding my phone model, as I’m not technically minded. He directed me to the range of beautiful cases to choose from and codes to refund my payment. Second order & not the last!

This is my second time ordering from Dyefor and the quality of the items is always excellent. Having now ordered wrapping paper & banners from them, I highly recommend.
I their website very easy to use and the preview is always very accurate to the finished product.
I had to contact customer service and Henry was fantastic at sorting out the problem.

Been back and forth with customer service that iPhone 12 Pro Max is not available on the dog photo face iPhone case and they are saying it’s there. I’ve looked on two different phones and my computer and it’s 100% not there as an option.
