Really great site and service

Really great site and service - I was worried that it might be a low quality image reproduction, but the case fit perfectly and the colors were vibrant.

Great quality

Ordering system didn’t really depict what the product was going to look like. Product I received looked cheap and tacky.

Brilliant product, in every way! A very happy customer here!

I usually get my personalised phone cases from an eBay seller, but due to my phone being newly released, they didn't have a case for it yet. I found MyPersonalisedCase by chance & saw that they had the flip case for my phone readily available. Selecting my phone models (I also purchased one for my dad) was simple. Uploading & positioning the photos I had chosen for each case was also very simple. They looked fine, so I completed the purchase (again, all made very easy via the website). They arrived a day earlier than expected, & I couldn't be happier with the products! I was (& continue to be) extremely impressed with the quality of the cases! The quality of the print design for each case is fantastic, the functionality & design of the cases themselves are perfect, & the price for them, including postage & packaging is extremely reasonable for the great product you receive. They are made for durability & will keep your phone protected from damage. My dad's case included a sentimental personalised image, & he too was extremely happy with his. If you like personalised items that also do the job they are supposed to do, then these are definitely worth it. I will be getting my future cases here from now on!

Extra information- I purchased a case for a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra & one for a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. We opted for the flip case, with card holding pouches & the magnetic closing flaps. Again, all top quality. Easy to put the phone in & take out. Perfect fit for each phone. All necessary contact was great. Delivery was earlier than instructed. I can't recommend them highly enough!

case was very bad but customer service understanding

the case was really badly printed out blury and unusable. it took forever to come despite paying extra for quick delivery. it was really bad standard. the case was terrible slimsy when it should have been hard shell and as i said design was awful.
but once i found how to email them complain i did email back and forth with nice person who understood how unhappy i was, i was expecting a fight but they asked my openly how can we make you happy again, and i said honestly i just wanted a full refund and i would go elsewhere and they accepted that and did refund me in full. i personally wont use them again but the customer service was good.

They Couldn’t Manage It

Like others have said, ordered a case and received delay email after delay email.

Eventually gave up and went with an alternative, which was for the best as I found a higher quality case for only a few pounds more. Would avoid this site if you’d like to recieve your case in a timely manner.

Credit where credit’s due, the refund came very quickly.

Software issue

I ordered an I phone wallet for iPhone 14 Pro Max and was sent different. When I contacted you you offered replacement and all I would pay was shipping. You sent me voucher number which I filled in when requested. Your programme then went straight to payment including cost of new case. Very disappointed especially when I use you Everytime I change phones

12 days since ordering and not even an update

Ordered on 13th February, it’s now the 25th and I haven’t even been updated with anything let alone recieved what I ordered. Can’t seem to speak to any human regarding this. Shambles of a company

Paid with no response or product

UPDATE: Products arrived. Good quality. Still no information on order.
I placed an order for 2 cases. 8 days without a confirmation email. Try to create an account on their website and never receive the confirmation link so I cannot confirm my account to check the status of my order. They were quick to charge my account with no way to follow up with them

Ordered it for Valentine’s Day but have…

Ordered it for Valentine’s Day but have received emails constantly saying it’s been delayed. Still not received it so better be worth the wait as had to buy a different Valentine’s Day present.

Had a reply saying I’ll get a reply, but that must be delayed as much as the case is!

Parcel never arrived

Parcel never arrived. Customer service takes forever to reply and then ignore 90% of what you tell them. I initially asked for them to send another given it never arrived then decided I’d rather a refund having seen the poor reviews and likelihood that it will never turn up and they’ve ignored my emails.

I have tried contacting them three…

I have tried contacting them three times now about my order that has failed to arrive and I have received no response. There is no way to email or ring them - apart from an online contact form which I've received no reply from. Very disappointed.
