Poor customer service

Poor customer service! I have bought running leggins, that were used and broken! Im waiting one month and 11 days to get my case solved - they said I can choose a new product in exchange - Im wondering if they manage to swap them till end of this year. CS is a joke, avoid their website because when it comes to claims it simply does not work...

After shoe return: No refund after 3 months!

After sending back my shoes, I am now waiting since 3 months for a refund, despite sending it back less than 30 days after purchase. DO NOT PURCHASE THROUGH THEIR WEBSIDE or you risk loosing your money when returning an item.

Fake lifetime warranty

I have a broken heel piece of my Dynafit ST Rotation 12. The same got a lifetime warranty. I contacted the seller - Adventure Shop Bulgaria and they held both my skis and bindings for a week and after that they got back to me with the statement, that if it's with lifetime warranty I need to contact Dynafit directly and not going pass thru the reseller. Otherwise it will cost me 120 EUR for the service. I started the warranty claim on Dynafit website, where a guy named Federico from Dynafit INT Customer Care took on the case.
The lifetime warranty is actually for 10 years only, which is ok. My bindings are ordered in less than 3 years.

I have a long email thread going back and forth of how the claim is approved, but they cannot send me the part now as they don't have it and to write back after 10 days.. And then another 10 days... And then again. This happened a couple of times, then Federico asked me for my address so they can ship the broken heel. Then again got back to me with some difficulty of sending it, but will do so in the beginning of next week and will keep me posted. Then never replied again. It's been 2 weeks since. It's been more than 2 months since I started the warranty claim.

What a joke company.
Scam lifetime warranty.
Never recommend.

Dynafit lack of kit

Unable to get myself kitted out in outdoor performance clothing because first of all their product ranges are incomplete and secondly most products are unavailable in most sizes
