Speedy and safe delivery of my item. Easy to fit, came with all the extra fittings needed. Easy to set up.

Delivery of my orders (bought 3 seperate lots of things) were super quick each time and correct. Answered my (many and stupid) questions over email about fitting the plug and play kit (which in my year of Mini Countryman isn’t quite plug and play) so I got it all fitted successfully. Maybe it would be worth putting together a basic instruction guide with photos.

Avoid at all cost very unprofessional service by mem paid for next day delivery took a week to arrive also asked for refund as taking to long was refused asked to speak to manager who was very rude insulting constantly talking over you when trying to talk told them unless things get sorted I would take legal action then they blocked all means of communication to them would not recommend ever please avoid at all cost

Nice straightforward process, product ordered and delivered on time

I purchased the £145 connection kit, for an SLK it arrived within days, as expected. Asked a Q? Still waiting, it seems to me that these are simply middle men as everything refers to the German manufactura with a few pictures of the kit with explanations on certain items. My feeling was if you are capable of plugging in matching components and have the ability to read simple instructions then it’s easy DIY, naturally they steer away from the untrained with warnings I felt were in their interest and not mine . Other than that I know absolutly no more about Dynamic Sounds than l did before the purchase. The only communication was the usual begging for feedback, which I find distasteful considering the former.
Now they insult me for not being able to speak. Totally expected

When a product says it's compatible with your car, and it isn't, support advisors (looking at you, "Mem") would be wise to apologise and offer a refund, rather than telling you to drill holes in your car as a workaround. Edit: Re their reply, nothing should need to be done to the vehicle, they're once again missing the point.

Easy to use website. They stocked the Pioneer Car Player Head and the adapter required for my MX5 in one package at a very good price. Ordered on Friday lunchtime and received the unit on Saturday morning with no charge for delivery! Excellent value and service from Dynamic Sounds. Highly recommended.

Quick delivery and quality product

Not great so far. Ordered 6/5/26 and received incorrect item. Still waiting for replacement and looks like we will have no radio for summer holiday.
