Ordered a pioneer DD with the fascia kit for a 2017 Tucson. The install looks factory as the facia is good quality. It arrived the day after i ordered it, and one day earlier than expected with no extra delivery charges. I've previously done my MK8 civic with a Dynamic sounds kit, which looks awesome.

Website was really helpful in picking the accessories required for the radio I wanted. They were very quick to respond to my enquiries and offered great support to allow me to fit the unit myself

Ordered a motorcycle battery off the website taking the information given that both my battery and the battery being sold were compatible. They were not, I emailed to get returns advice and received an auto reply and no further follow up. I tried calling multiple times to no answer and sent a further email asking for assistance to no avail. I’ve had to purchase a separate battery elsewhere. Wouldn’t recommend, complete breach of consumer rights policy.

Fantastic service, a question on a self install, was quickly answered. Purchased all I needed in one handy package, ie: head unit, new infill surround, can-bus cable and patch cable. Made for an easier self install.
Works a treat with the steering controls. Well pleased and a happy upgrade from the OEM stereo.

I bought the Focal CRNS 165 door speaker kit for my Renault Master 3, the kit arrived quickly and well packaged, the speakers were a direct replacement for my originals using the existing connections and were a doddle to fit, the kit even included 6 correct size pop rivets to fit the speakers, the sound is a great improvement on the standard equipment.

I didn't find their website particularly helpful, for a novice like myself. I was planning to and have spent about £800 with them, so wanted to ensure I made the right choice, I called their technical support colleague. He was the rudest person I've ever spoken to, I have no idea how he still has a job, I wouldn't, if I spoke to my customers as he did. My local audio installer had a minor issue and also had to call him, apparently he was also spoken to in the same rude manner, I was embarrassed to hear.

I’m a returning customer and they are as good as before - easy, clear website to select products, followed by fast dispatch and delivery.
