When shop at the Polo park location - there is always a greeter and someone to check in or ask questions.
At the outlet collection store - there is never anyone working on dynamite side …. No greet , no help when needed , no service . It’s sad - as the store used to have good service and now it’s lacking .

I go to the smith haven mall lake grove New York , everyone is super helpful! When I go to this store I buy everything, when I have 2-3 items in hand the girls always start a dressing room for me and always so kind and in a happy helpful mood. I love Dynamite clothing! I have a small frame and it is very difficult to find clothes that fit. Dynamite size starts at XXS and all the clothes that I buy fit like a glove. I also find that all the collections/models are very elegant and trendy. For online shopping, the shipping is super fast and the shopping experience in the store (Carrefour Laval) is very pleasant and the staff is very helpful with a positive attitude.

I normally do not write reviews and I'm usually very satisfied with the associates who are working in the store however on this particular day the two ladies working were more interested in their own conversation at the cashier desk than helping the customers who were in the store or trying clothes in the fitting room. When we could not find the size we needed in the store, one of the associates said she could order it online for us however when she looked it up on her computer she advised us that size/color was completely sold out and they could not place the order for us. When we got home 30mins later I checked the website myself and the item in question was in stock (not even flagged as low inventory) so I'm not sure what the store associate was looking at on her computer. I had to order two to avoid being charged the shipping cost which means I now have to return one of them at the store once I receive my order. If she would have ordered the item for me from the store and waived the shipping cost it would have saved me the trip of returning one of the items. The customer experience on that particular day was disappointing.

I hate seeing things online and then I go into the store to try on and they don’t get them. Also, the new point system is a scam. There is no incentive to shop there.

It was a good experience, they were nice and helpful. However, online they have multiple options for tall women, at the store you can’t find it at all. This is a little disappointing, I recommend to have at least 2-3 size as tall since it is something you offer.

I’m finding dynamite is getting more expensive but the quality doesn’t reflect the price. I have now started to wait until dynamite pieces go on sale at the end of the season because those are the prices that I find fair and justified for the quality of the clothing. For example, I just purchased the Bubble Sleeve V neck Blouse which was $59.99 and the material is thin, feels cheap, and overall just not worth the cost. I love dynamites pieces but I don’t think the prices reflect the quality of clothing anymore.

Do not even buy those slave produced polyester goods. Better go to your local thrift store or marketplace and buy natural material clothing which is not polluting the nature and is not flammable, toxic etc.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought a dress in September and it arrived a month later. The dress didn’t fit and felt very cheap so I returned it. Customer service took a week to send me a return label and I have yet to receive a refund. Contacting costumer service was incredibly difficult and once I got a hold of someone, they said they would take care of it. It’s now March and I still have not seen a refund transaction after reaching out MULTIPLE times between September and now. At this point they can keep my $90.
I went to buy a dress and they had no size we wanted. That store worker made a hold for the same dress at different dress until we realized the other store lady booked a wrong dress at pickup time. So we decided to order it online before our event and it be delivered to our home with in 3 to 5 business days. It didn't so we had to revisit the store just before the event to get it. Had a bad customer service with the in store lady at that time and didn't help us.
I purchased a beautiful pink sweater a week ago. I wore it once. At the end of the day when I took it off it looked terrible. Ratty looking and it was piling. Looked as if I had it a long time. Quality is terrible. I’m going to take it back and hope there are no issues. It’s too bad because I love it but no excuse for poor quality after one wear. Only good experience was sales associate.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Worst customer service I have ever received. I bought a gift for Christmas in NOVEMBER but I did not receive it. I checked everywhere as well as reached out to Dynamite about this. They said they would look into it and gave a timeframe for an update. Weeks later, no update or anything. So I reached out to them again, and yet again, saying the same thing. I gave them more time which is now a month later.. they said they haven’t looked into it yet and to give them another 10 business day. AGAIN, NO UPDATE even reaching out to them for the 4th time. They said they can’t refund me because it’s over $200 and they have to follow procedures. They offered 600 points but what is that going to do?? At this point, they’re just trying to keep my money lol
I have ordered few items from Dynamite and they supposed to be delivered by Dragonfly, I saw two times the delivery person tried to deliver things to me but it was tried at 8 pm so I called them and asked them to deliver it during business hours because it is my work place, they said we have no control on that, so I asked them to set it up that way that I can pick it up by myself at store however they said it can be only done at warehouse( which nobody knows where is it), I supposed to receive an email from the warehouse with the address but never received any email called again, and waited two hours on the line and no email yet and I am doing it again!!!! anytime need to wait two hours and talk to the agents that are not helpful and get no response!!!!! so frustrating!!! although so far this is related to the delivery system but why dynamite should use this unhelpful delivery system! I am super unhappy
Will never shop with Dynamite or Garage clothing again. This is a company that stands behind selling defective clothing at the expense of loyal customers. They make returns incredibly difficult, don’t send receipts, don’t send pick up notifications. I purchased a brand new pair of jeans (I have several pair from dynamite that have lasted me 8-10 years). I purchase my usual size, wait over two weeks for information regarding my order before waiting a painstaking two hours on hold to figure out where my order was. It had been sitting at the store for over a week and no one called to inform me. I wore these jeans twice, they have not even been washed, and they split along the front by the zipper seam. I have never seen a pair of jeans split here before. I believe the jeans I got were faulty. I have been advised both in store (unwilling to look up my order for me that was placed 5 weeks ago) and customer service that they do not do returns under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES over 30 days. Does not matter whether their product is garbage or not, they will stand behind it to pad their own pockets.
WORSE customer service ever!!
I was at the Kelowna store on the 14th of November and ordered a dress which was delivered to my house, to my surprise the dress was used, the lining was damaged with the shoes on both the sides. I drove for an hour and took it back to the store on the 23rd and returned that dress and placed an order for the same dress, little did I know that they would pack and ship the same damaged dress to me. As I don’t live in Kellwna, I called the store spoke to Emma in the morning of the 26th and she assured me that she’d get a manager to call me. Since No one called me, I called again in the afternoon and spoke to Emma again and she was surprised that IRIS the general manager didn’t call me back anyways she assured me that she’d get her to call me back. I waited all day and called again in the evening and spoke to pandeya(not sure if I spelled it right😬), she told me that Emma was gone for the day and she also told me that EMMA WAS ALSO ONE OF THE MANAGERS, I’m surprised that she never mentioned that to me. Anyways pandeya took my number AGAIN and assured me that Iris would call me the next day. Again the day is about to end and no one has called me. I’m stuck with the same USED/DAMAGED dress since they’re sold out in my size. This is what you get for being a regular customer, I’m shocked.
