Terrible experience at square one
Terrible experience at square one. The manager at the store was entirely unreasonable and lacked customer service skills. I was denied my order only to be able to cancel it and purchase it in store.

Great experience overall save for wait time at cashier
I love Dynamite but the reason why I’m giving this experience a 4 is the long wait time at the cashier. There was only one person but 2 cash machines so if there is a lineup, another cashier should jump in to eliminate the wait time. Waiting in our times has become a big “no no” so this is the only adjustment I’d like to suggest.

I like that on the main page, we can see:
- the outfit front, back, etc.
- the sizes and its availability
- add to Wishlist directly from main page
- add to Shopping Cart directly from main page
I do NOT like that:
- From Wishlist, we cannot see the complete description of the item when we click on it - the "Edit" has minimal info.
- Same thing goes from the Shopping Cart, we cannot see the complete description of the item when we click on it - the "Edit" info is minimal.

Dynamite Eaton centre stylist Anica
The Dynamite Eaton centre stylist Anica A. was super helpful and amazing in all of her clothing recommendations! She was friendly and suggested items I wouldn't have thought to try just looking at them on a hanger. I bought way more than I usually buy and not once did I feel pressured to purchase anything. I'm glad I signed up for this appt. as this is such a great idea by Dynamite and hope to attend one again to update my wardrobe as the season changes.

Prices are fair in my opinion, i shop a lot and Dynamite offers fair prices and nice pieces and for the price the quality is exceptional. I do think the prices have been going up a lot in the past months and i fear it will get out of hand like it happens for some clothing companies... but so far so good! Shipping is super fast! I order every month from Dynamite and receive my package withing a week, usually 3-5days max!
