I’ve shopped at Dynamite Clothing for years now, across seven different locations, and I keep coming back because the clothes themselves are genuinely great. The quality is solid, the fits are usually reliable, and the styles are perfect for work. They’re consistently on trend with colors, and many of my wardrobe staples come from Dynamite. Their online shopping experience is also fast, accurate, and overall excellent.
I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the in-store/omnichannel experience is inconsistent. Depending on the location, staff either ignore me completely or pressure me into buying something. Returns are also hit or miss: some associates are lovely, but others scrutinize the item for what feels like forever, even when it still has the tags and the original fold lines from the package. And when doing an exchange, their policy is to process the return first and then make you line up again to repurchase the item, which is frustrating and inefficient.
Dynamite could easily be a perfect retailer if their in-store human experience consistently matched the quality of their clothing and their online service.

I think there’s a lot of work to be done in the customer service at Dynamite Galeries d’Anjou, from our first steps to the cabin nobody came to see me even though I had multiple clothes in my hands to try on. At the cabin, a girl just gave me a place without asking me my name and number of clothes. We waited 10 minutes at the cash because only one girl (out of 4) was doing the cash. Clothing always fits me perfectly for the most part. I make the effort to try on the item(s) in-store first before placing my order through their app. I like how I’m able to get free shipping for being a member and dollars off my purchases make things easier.

Whenever I go into my local Dynamite store the ladies who work there are so kind, welcoming and polite.
One woman always remembers me and my daughter and she gives me suggestions on new items that I almost always end up buying.
The quality and style of Dynamite clothing is exactly what I’m looking for and I hope they continue. It’s perfect for every facet of my life. As a professional and a mom and a woman!

I used my birthday coupon of $25 plus $10 worth of Collectif points on a previous order, however when I came in store to exchange the item for another item I was told the coupon and collectif points cannot be applied to the new item purchased and had to pay an additional difference. Collectif points should be reimbursed to my account after a return since those were earned from previous purchases

I ordered jeans from Dynamite but received the wrong item from Garage instead. Despite providing proof, Dynamite continues to insist that the correct item was shipped and refuses to issue a refund. Based on this experience, I would not recommend shopping online with Dynamite. Terrible customer service.

The Regina store location associates are always extremely unfriendly- the last 3x that I have been to the store, I have had 2 different sales associates at the till. Unpleasant, rude and difficult to deal with. Not sure if it is just these 2 ladies personalities, or if they were having a bad day- but it does make shopping there very pleasant.
