My call was handled superbly without fuss and an Engineer booked and arrived within the hour to resolve the problem. Simon our engineer was the consumate professional and a nice fella as well. Had blocked pipes in kitchen, sink, waste disposal, dishwasher, and bathroom too. Dyno turned up within a couple of hours, and thoroughly unblocked both internal plumbing and external pipes too. Very thorough job. And it was a tough stubborn blockage, that I had attempted to clear for days.

Excellent service from Simon who came out as my grid was overflowing outside. Identified and resolved the issue with the blocked manhole quickly and explained everything to me. Really lovely and friendly too! Thank you

Kevin fixed our drain problem and had to dig a large area of garden up. He replaced all earth and turf almost to how it was to begin with. Great communication and super friendly service.

Kevin phoned to confirm arrival time and was on time. After an inspection and confirming the drain directions the rodding cleared the drain. Once clear the area was washed down and left clean and tidy. Great job thank you.

I had a major drainage emergency today when my upstairs bath backup flooded my patio. Kenny from Dyno-Rod came out to help, and he was simply fantastic from start to finish. He was incredibly friendly, reassuring, and professional.
He managed to trace and clear a tough root blockage halfway down my garden using high-pressure jetting, got everything flowing perfectly, and even took the extra time to properly inspect the stack and pipes, giving me clear advice on the next steps and report details. You can instantly tell he is a total master at what he does. If you ever need drainage help, Kenny is your guy. Massive thanks for saving the day—truly five-star service!"

Kieran was superb. He identified the issue immediately which was a blockage in the pipework leading from the bath to the downpipe. Blockage was cleared within minutes and he also pointed out that one of the pipes from the bath was fitted loosely which had caused a leak in the living room which is contrary to what the engineer stated from the Company who fitted the bathroom
