The guy who came was not very nice or helpful. He was in a rush as if he was late to go somewhere else. He left the work sheet which was crumpled and tea stains on it. He didn't fix the problem, said couldn't tell why the bath was leaking and gave a poor, unreasonable guess of why it may be leaving. Something we know is not the case. Overall very dissatisfied.
