Ordered item, turned up ok. Worked for a while, went faulty within 6 months. Would not honour the warranty, and would not respond to emails. Better to pay the extra from a genuine company

I received my product as expected. 1 day after the order was placed. However I received a faulty product which was then resolved effectively and efficiently by the staff and the issue was resolved.
