Home service and repair on a Dyson vacuum
Lewis came today to repair a dyson v11 vacuum at my house in horsham. He came from the repair shop in Aldershot.
He diagnosed the problem that the motor needed replacing. !0 minutes later in his van the motor was replaced and we had fully operational vacuum again with a 6 month warranty.
It wasn't too expensive and meant we didn't need to buy a new one.

If you are purchasing from this company and hoping to claim the vat back via a vat invoice forget it.
I have emailed many times tried to phone sent email to ceo but just got ignored. Very poor customer service 👎🏼

Great experience here
Great experience here - I took my Dyson Animal Ball Hoover in to be checked over in the morning (issues with the suction), had it back a few hours later, cleaned, serviced and good as new! Would highly reccomend.

who are these people,that take items back but don't give reunds
I ordered a dyson battery charger 15/7/22,the charger did not work after 2months.I emailed them and all seemed well,they were sorry.From the 26th Sept to 26Oct i have emailed them constantly,long time but this company knew what they were doing by stetching out the emails back to me so the return date had passed.They then did ask for it to be returned which i did right away.18th Oct .From then on i have heard nothing from them ,i asked for a refund,no answer..EBAY was of no help at all.
People stay away from this company,there are better ones on the internet.Not so cheap,but the items work.
