Nice but not perfect
I liked that the products ( a no.2 and a 0)arrived quikly and the price was relatively reasonable. I did not like the fact that although I ordered the numbers as a pair, ie 20, the numbers were of a slightly different size.

Incredible customer service
Incredible customer service, after an error on my part my parcel wasn’t able to be delivered and the order was re dispatched incredibly quickly. The hardware quality is great, much cheaper and better better quality than I have bought from b&q.

Disappointed
Ordered Frelan Jedo Single action fire door spring hinge set of 3 (3 in each) total 9 hinges. Received FireMongery 3 boxes (2 in each) total 6 hinges. So received 3 less. I had to call the helpdesk and order pending 3 hinges which were posted by RoyalMail. Jedo are better quality compared to FireMongery. The customer service didn't even bother to check with me before sending replacement and sending 3 hinges less.

It was easy to find the product that I was looking for. It was delivered promptly & is exactly what I hoped for. When my new gate is fitted I expect that it will last just as well as my last gate catch. Don't know how long that has been in place but it is 12 yrs since I moved here & hope it sees me out!

My choice was definitely price driven- and I also received an extra discount as I’m a new customer.

Great product and quality for price
I have been looking for the perfect set of kitchen handles. Some companies are charging £15 for two handles ( I needed 15 ). After looking everywhere I stumbled across this website. I couldn’t believe I could buy 15 for £60. I read reviews and saw how positive they were and thought I’d give it a go. It only took five days for the handles to arrive and I am so pleased with them. They’re the perfect colour and exactly what I wanted.

Item seems well made only two minor details had to drill out predrilled holes as filled back up when galvanised also more holes could be predrilled so as to move split pin further up if needed like I did
