Accurate and very informative website

Accurate and very informative website; and extremely helpful sorting out of a postage problem (didn't arrive when DPD said it had), with the re-ordered items delivered the very next day. Couldn't have been a better service all round.

First but not last time buyer

My first time using eMagnets UK and I will use again. Free samples sent swiftly and with some good advice. Actual order (which was only small) sent really fast and well packaged. Both people I communicated with at the company were efficient, helpful and friendly.

Service above and beyond what would be expected

Web site very easy to use. Prices good and fast delivery. Delivery company struggled to find me (quite common as I live on a narrowboat). Contacted supplier and they helped with this as well. Only bought one small magnet but really powerful and of excellent quality.
