Great platform
Great platform, have been using for a number of months now and it has made getting signatures for my documents so much quicker and simpler.
i especially like the auto reminder feature to save me chasing up on signatures

Too much notifications
Generally the experience is good but I have to rate it low due to one main reason.
i get a lot of unnecessary notifications. for example If i receive an envelop with 10 documents to sign then i will get 12 notifications, the first one is to notify me that there is an envelop to be signed, the other 10 are sent every time i sign a document within an envelop and the last one is when the last person after me signs the envelop. this is too much and I strongly suggest that your system could have an option for user to determine the type/number of notifications to receive at each stage of signing.

Maximum file sizes are way too small for some full documents.

I happen to have multiple email exchanges with your team apologising for server issues & the fact that you have definitely not had 100 coverage of your system.

Thank you for your review. If you contact our support team, they will be able to resolve your file name and upload issues. Neither the E-Sign website nor platform have experienced recent outages, as you state. We have maintained 100% availability, therefore, we suggest checking your local network.

We try to help all customers as much as possible when they contact us via our support channels, and if there is an issue with E-Sign we are happy to take responsibility and fix the issue as best we can. Your initial message implies that you are currently unable to use E-Sign, which you now say is due to server issues, however, this simply isn't the case, as the availability issue you are referring to occurred many months ago. We are happy to consider providing you with a refund if you are unhappy with the service. If you contact support@e-sign.co.uk, somebody will assist you.

E-sign easy to use and wonderful customer service
E-sign is a really easy system to use and as a company their customer service is excellent.
I like the fact that they are UK based and that you can contact someone who will always get back to you regarding any queries.
If there was one thing I would suggest could be improved, it would be the speed at which the documents download on to the system, but it is a very small thing.
