We bout the application for esigning of financial statements which should online have signatures function.

We have requested the support team to remove date and time so people can just sign their name where required like DocuSign which most of banks use you only sign or type in your name.

Unfortunately we were told only signatures function is not permitted the date and time will have to be thier.

We have many services providers who wanted to sign in but with our experience we recommended DocuSign.

You really need to have only name signature function

We are a group of three schools operating across six sites supported by a Central Team, so were looking for an electronic approval solution that would bring about significant efficiency, both in time and paper/print cost. We wanted a user friendly system that would comply with finance policy, manifest maximum engagement from all Signatories, and had the capability to offer more as we grow as an organisation. The User Guide, chat facility, training offer and support provided by E-Sign is all really helpful and the team are always responsive when we get in touch. It’s also reassuring that the Data Centres are in the UK and are managed by E-Sign.

E Sign is a great and simple tool to use for electric signatures. On top of this, they have effecient and helpsul customer support team who are on hand to help.

In our initial search for a digital signature solution, we looked at all the usual names, but found them to be very difficult to engage with, some were cumbersome to use and deploy, and all of them came at a fairly high price tag per license. We came across E-Sign and were very glad we did. Engagement was easy; they were very helpful and professional in their approach to our requirement. The solution was simple to use, has a great management portal, and the price met our expectations. We now use the product for our own internal use and have recommended and deployed it into our customers when we get requests for signature solutions. E-Sign’s ongoing support is excellent, and they are continuously improving and developing their solution.

Unbelievably slow. You get a file with 4-5 documents, you signing one- by the time you finish it, some boxes disappears from the top that you already filled in.. Once you finish one document, press on to next one and you can go for a smoke- takes ages to load.. They must be using servers in Africa or something

Dear esign, please don't, devices and Internet speed does not effect speed in any way. I tried on mobile with mobile Internet, on mobile with WiFi on fibre optics, on tablet with mobile and WiFi, and eventually most of signs I do on my powerfull new pc with hard wired 900mbs fibre optic Internet. So please stop your bs- esign is extremely slow, I wish you invested some money on your servers. I can make a video and upload on YouTube to expose your lies blaming my 4 different devices and different Internet 😄

e-Sign is the quickest and easiest way to get our non-exclusive contracts and other documents signed by our recording artists on our independent label. UPUK Records had lots of difficulties with dodgy scanned documents and badly photographed signatures in the past. Now it's all simple and functional!

I found using E-Sign very straightforward to set up and use. It certainly expedited and simplified the contract signing process for me.

Not bad, good idea but the software needs a bit of improvement. digital signing is very useful and for the most part it works for most people. the ability to send docs and get them filled out and signed all digitally is very useful. However the mobile site is quite slow when loading docs and if you have big fingers can be difficult to fill out certain text fields. the desktop site is quite slow in general. there's no option to save a draft and there's no notification of a timeout, so if you happen to take a bit too long you have to start all over again. all in all not too bad

I wish that the date format used by E-Sign was in the international date format (DD-MMM-YYYY) and not in a form that is not fully clear to all who sign and read.

It is great that I can send documents out for signing and get evidence back. The platform is easy to use when creating envelopes to send. I find this really helpful for ISO, FORS, H&S, and HR documentation to be able to communicate quickly and easily to everyone inside, and outside the organisation. The search function could be improved. An example would be seeing who has signed what in one place. A reduction in emails would be a massive benefit because sending an envelope to multiple people means all of them get an email when someone has signed; this provided me with many complaints and requests for me to not use the system. I now send out envelopes to individuals so they are not bombarded with emails. This results in me getting two emails for each person, one to say they have signed the document, and other to say they have signed the envelope. One email would be enough. If the downsides listed above could be sorted the system would get 5 stars.

We have been using e-Sign for two years now and we are very happy with the service and the helpful staff members dealing with our queries. The service has really transformed our processes and almost all of our signatures and approvals are now done digitally which saves paper and storage.
