I received a new phone on contract and turned out to be safe locked. The customer service were apologetic and quick to offer a replacement but that didn’t suit me so I sent the phone back.
They sent out a courier and the next day my contract was cancelled and account cleared.
The customer service were top notch. Listened to my concerns and dilemma without judgment or contempt.
I had to go with another provider in the end but I will be using e2save on the future.
My partner is due a phone in a couple of weeks and she will be ordering from here.

I've bought a handset and a monthly plan and it had issues on processing. They've never got back to me and I had to chase them. I ended up having to switch providers myself.
The handset was a gift and it didn't arrive in time.

Having ordered my phone and having scheduled the delivery for a day when I would be at home all day, I got a message stating that the phone would be delivered "today" - the day BEFORE the scheduled delivery. So I contacted them and they told me they had re-scheduled the delivery to the correct date. It didn't arrive and when I tracked the delivery DPD stated that the phone was being returned to E2Save (no reason given) E2 save said the p[hone would be sent out to me as soon as they received it back. They were less than helpful in all respects. It is now 4 days after the delivery date and I have not been given a delivery date, DPD tracking shows the parcel as being on it's way to E2Save and in the meantime, my phone contract has switched and I no longer have any phone at all. Having read their other terrible reviews, I can see that they have the same "we're here to help"-style statement ready to fire back at me. No I haven't included my order number "so that you can contact me" and "discuss it" with me - I've already suffered enough. Do yourselves a favour - shop elsewhere.

Ordered a new phone and contract from this company on Sunday (23rd April) and when ordering you can included the PAC code to transfer the number over and pick which date you would like the transfer to happen. I picked Wednesday which was the second available day as I assumed this would take shipping into consideration and also gave me a day to get it all set up. I then received an email the next day (Monday 24th April) stating that the sim will take 3 to 5 working days to arrive as it is being shipped Royal Mail 2nd Class rather than next day with the handset which is basically next day delivery with DPD. Phoned customer services to try to move the day of the sim transferral (which they can’t do) only to be told that they “didn’t know it would be shipped separately” and “there is nothing we can do” so now I’m facing potentially a week without a functioning phone which I rely on for work. Also, god help me if I break down or need help in that time because I can’t ring anyone. I was offered £10 compensation for this issue that they caused by not stating the delivery time of the sim before purchase. Customer service also hung up on me the first time and the woman I spoke to the second time was extremely rude (I can accept I was also probably a little rude too but I’m extremely annoyed) and after she repeated the same thing for the third time I tried to explain the situation further as she kept blaming the network provide who I have had no contact with to which I was told “not to speak over her” much like she had been going to me the whole time. I would not recommend.
UPDATE : the handset did in fact come with the sim yet but as to why no one could’ve told me this and why I received an email saying it would be sent separately is beyond me and has caused me several days of panic.

The process of obtaining a new phone and changing providers can be troublesome. However my experience with E2save and iD was smooth, slick and ran perfectly on schedule. I was kept fully informed of progress and given plenty of useful information and guidance. Even me (a senior citizen) found it simple and easy. The bonus was also that I got a great price. What’s not to like, E2save come highly recommended.

I ordered my phone in early March and was told stock was expected 30th March. Two days past this date with no update, I reached out to e2save. The live agent told me that my phone would be delayed a further 3 weeks, but I had been given no information about this. They also told me they have no complaints department, which I think says it all. I have been told someone will call me back, but given I now have no phone to be called on due to waiting nearly a month, the call will have to go to a friend’s phone. Not sure how they’re getting away with this.

I order a Google Pixel 7 Pro got the package thought it felt a bit light but the box was in there. I opened it up no phone. Funny thing I weight the package i got it was about 230g the Phone is nearly 200g before packaging so they must be able to trace it. But they told me the investigation will take a week. After a few months they have said they will not send me a replacement phone or cancel the contract. They dont respond to letters, phone calls and hope you will give up. I am not going to, i will have to take them to court to get my money back. It has caused so much stress it made me ill please do not use this company. Because of this experience my girlfriend order with Carphone warehouse same contracts but you can get delivered to the curries stores none of these issues.

Not actually got my phone yet, a Samsung s23 plus, comes with free Galaxy buds and 6 months disney+
Anyway get to the end of the phone call with the seller and he comes out with he has forgotten to add the earbuds to the order,,, and he will need to re order...hmm
Any way supposed to be getting the order this Saturday 18th March 2023.
It would be unfair to judge just now but will wait till the delivery.
I have just a little concern after reading some of the comments.
If the Buds are not there i will send it back.

A zero star is more suitable.
Absolutely disgusted about the con this company is practicing.
I received August and October’s cheques on time and yet to receive December’s. It’s now near the end of February and due for the next.
I chatted and phoned 4 times including a manager and a asked for a cheque to be sent as usual. Every call I will be assured a new cheque will be issued and never materialised. I was asked to provide my bank details for BACS and I rejected as I could not trust them and provide my bank details as well.
I phoned again today to be told again the same and they will contact the banking team and I have to wait for another 3-5 days for their response and again another 28 working days for a new cheque.
Please raise complaints and concerns to Ofcom and trading standards. The more people complain the more they take action. The company’s Twitter and Facebook is a start.
Enough is enough of rip-off.
NB: I meant not to provide my customer number in public as they always respond. You don’t have to if this is not their own website’s.
