First cashback cheque received with no issues. The claim for the second cheque, corresponding to November, was submitted and it was acknowledged and approved by email on 5 Nov 22, delivery expected by 14 Dec 22. When the cheque was not received I checked my account and found a notice advising that due to system issues cheque was delayed and would be received in the next 28 days after 22 Nov 22. As no cheque was received after this period I contacted Customer Services through chat on 5 Jan 23 and was told they would check and would send me a message within the next 3 - 5 working days.
No message after 6 working days so contacted by phone and was told that the payment had bee cancelled on 7 Nov but could not give me a reason why or why I was not told about it when I first contacted Customer Services. Then I was told the cheque was issued on 12 Jan 23 and would be received within 28 days. I was also told there was a note on my account to request my banking information from me which I find very odd, especially since payments are meant to be made by cheque and this cheque has supposedly already been issued? I have seen on Trustpilot that e2Save responds to customers so maybe somebody can clarify. The order number is 121683904

Received the first cashback cheque, still waiting for the October cashback it's December already not sure when will the Oct cashback going to be sent.I would recommend people to be careful when going for the cashback offer.

Awful company, avoid them. I placed an order 0n 26th November, delivery was due on 2nd Dec. On 1st December I got an email saying there was a delay and it would not be delivered until 9th December. No update by 8th December so I decided to cancel but they made it more difficult than necessary. You are directed to create and log into an account first of all and all it does is tell you to ring 0871 521 1400. However, when you call that number you get a message to say 'this person's phone is currently unavilable' and you get cut off.....I then found the main customer service number 03306780519, after telling them I wanted to cancel and going through all my details I was then told she couldn't do and needed to transfer me to the sales team! Why did she even bother to take all my details? I then get made to wait, transferred to somebody else, had to go through all the details again. The second person attempted to try to sell me a different phone when I kept reiterating that all I wanted to do was cancel at this point.

I have to be honest i was a little sceptical of buying a phone through E2save, as i have never heard of them before.
Same also with the network, I D, but as it piggy backs off three, should be fine since ive loved Three over the last 4 years.
So got a fantastic deal on an Samsung S22 £9 upfront and £27pm there after.
ONLY thing was E2Save says phone wasnt in stock, it was basically a pre order, phone would be available 16th December.
I accepted this and proceeded with the order.
I received excellent communication straight away from E2save,
They confirmed my order, as soon as i paid the huge £9 😁Upfront cost, and recived an itemised email of all i will be receiving..
Nest day i got another email saying phone was at dispatch.and i will get a message from DPD for delivery.
Next morning i got a message from dpd, phone will be with me later today.
So not 3 week wait, 2 days later i have the phone.
Happy with...
The Supplier E2save.
The network ID
The Price.
The Service.
Absolutely fantastic by all, highly recommended

Been with e2save more than a decade - cashback if claimed as per rules, they are very prompt in despatching a cheque to your address as per terms and conditions - no issues

Cash back claim.
Absolute con, 2 claims accepted, 3 claims rejected exactly the same bills sent, you get 7 spurious reasons for rejecting. When contacting live chat it was accepted that the bills were ok and the monies would be sent, more lies. Avoid at all costs look at their ratings.

Absolutely a waste of time using this company for an upgrade! Ended up cancelling the order in the end and will take my custom elsewhere

Hello,
This company is a scam company.
I have sent 3 letters by recorded delivery (I cannot access the online account due to their technical issues - even their employee couldn't resolve it) to claim the cashback with all the correct information, and they just told me that they declined my claim due "postcode not present". Unfortunately, the invoice was downloaded from the provider's website and is agreed with the delivery address. I can't believe that Currys Retail Limited is the actual company from which we bought mobiles, and e2save is just a brand.

I am still waiting for my new phone nearly after a week,
Customer service appalling
So this is over a week since I have ordered a phone, I have not had any positive response, I am wondering if this is a scam, they have my money and bank details

Having dealt with E2Save for Sim only contracts, I didn't think the company was so bad...but that has all changed over the last month. Took a contract with a handset from them, and I can honestly say its some of the worst customer service I have experienced in 25years! I have chased them 8 times and each time am promised a phone call back, that the issue is escalated, only to find when I call back that there is no record of my previous conversation. Truly shocking, am currently on the phone to them now to see if this can be sorted out, or else will be doing everything I can to try and get away from them...its just not worth the hassle! They advertised an offer and now are doing everything they can to not honour it, I implore anyone considering using them to keep dates and times of calls, with who and take screenshots! That way you should have everything you need to hold them to account, otherwise, spend a little more and go with a company who can actually honour the deals they advertise.
Update 09/12/22 : Hi everyone, an update to advise that after many phone calls and an escalated complaint - I have finally managed to get the money I was owed. It's take so much time and effort and the people that dealt with it in the end were very apologetic and helpful, its a shame it took over 2 months to reach a suitable resolution.
Chris, apologies - but if you want to look into this fiasco and let me know your thoughts, happy for you to do so. Order #123509660

What a truly dreadful experience. I ordered a phone as Vodafone upgrade and was then bombarded with emails. Several requests for reviews, a delivery date, all sorts. Nothing useful, such as trade-in instructions etc. The phone didn't turn up, so I tried to make contact - a call which apparently needed someone to return a call (of course they didn't), another where I was put on hold - then cut off; the final I was transferred - then cut off. I've sent a letter (with a stamp!) in the end. Is my contract cancelled? I don't know. I do know this has wasted several hours of my life and I've missed out on the pre-order offer for a Pixel 7 with free watch. Exceptionally poor experience from E2save. Though I guess I have actually saved as I'll keep my old phone and I've switched to a cheaper network instead of staying with Vodafone.
In short - order didn't work on any level, customer service actively damaging, I still don't know the status of my order, beyond that it should have been delivered a week ago and hasn't been.
As a follow up - e2save emailed me to ask for contact details (All of which they had) and I've not heard from them again. Which is fine by me!

Absolutely appalling company. Declined contract, despite having an excellent credit rating. And before I get a generic 'It's not us it's the credit agency we use' excuse, I know exactly what my rating is. Also staff have very little knowledge on their offers. Offering a free chromebook via comparison sites but no one seems to know anything about the offer. Discusting company. Please avoid these and any other names owned by Currys.

Ordered phone with a trade-in bonus selected at checkout.
Phone delivered. No trade-in label or details.
Contacted customer service, they have removed offer and entire trade-in system.
Deceptive.

I only leave this star to leave a review. I took a contract with E2save with an automatic cashback after 3 months. Never received it. I contacted e2save on their live chat only to be given excuses but I was told I would receive it within two weeks. Well two weeks came and no cashback, so back to live chat again only to be told something completely different by another person (all live chats HAVE been recorded) told it will take 28 working days from the second conversation and also told if the money isn't in my account to then contact them again and they will do a bac transfer.
Still no money so I contacted e2save via Facebook messenger, told they will look into it and also offer compensation. After waiting a short while I was told the cheques were raised. I finally received the cheques only for both cheques to bounce!! So I called curry's customer service (the cheques were issued by them), she said she will raise this with the banking team and get them reissued, 48 hours she told me to wait. 72 hours passed no money, so I called again and got told they need to raise this issue again and I'd have to wait up to two weeks..
Contacted e2save via Facebook messenger again got told after having to wait yet again the cheques have been reissued, I was also offered further compensation (although a very small amount considering the messing around I've had to put up with) that was on the 7th September still no cheques, and now I'm being ignored on messenger, and it appears my post that I wrote today on their page has been deleted.
I have records of every conversation between curry's and E2save.
Going by reviews and posts on their FB page it's looks like they do this a lot to people who sign to a cashback contract.
I'm looking into whether this is a breech of contract on their part.
Absolutely shocking service. I'm not letting this go and will get my money back. E2save, you offered the contract with automatic cashback and you have failed to adhere to your own contract.
