Called and spoke to company representative who walked me through the dissrences between the Binoculars, optics and viewing lens. I then ordered the Binoculars on Monday and received the pair ordered on Wednesday. Five star service.

Eagle Optics customer service has always been amazing! Friendly customer service (you always get a real person on the phone not a machine), and shipping is lightening fast. I have also sent in products to be repaired. They have made that process easy to do, and when the product was returned the repairs were wonderfully executed.

Just order my first pair of bins. Eagle Optics comes highly recommended. I'm sad they're going out of business

Using the live chat I received helpful input from Eagle Optics representative concerning purchase I was considering. Had to wait a bit longer than anticipated ( due, I was told, to representatives assisting in-store customers) but the wait was worth it. Unfortunately I don't recall her name but she was very knowledgeable about products.

When I called back and placed the order, I was told to expect it in 3-5 business days. Was pleasantly surprised to receive it the very next day.

Sorry to hear Eagle Optics plans to go out of business.

I've been using Eagle Optics binos for years. I recommend the site to anyone looking for great birding gear. Its a real shame to see they are closing their business soon.

I've enjoyed buying from Eagle Optics for over 20 years: a Kowa scope, four Eagle binoculars, and several accessories. Only one return for warranty repair, and that went very well.
I lament your demise.

We are saddened EO is closing their doors. We live in Southern California but each trip through Madison to visit friends in Northern Wisconsin a stop at EO is a must. Our Swarovski binos purchased at EO have travel to all 7 continents, flown over half a million miles and performed flawlessly. The staff on the phone or in person are the very best in the business. We wish all of you the very best.

Very friendly and extremely competent customer service representative by the name of Adrian. He answered all my questions. I had a special request on shipping and he was able to accommodate my request. I would definitely do business with Eagle Optics again.

I am heart broken that Eagle Optics will be closing their doors. I have received only the best service and products from them!! I have 2 pairs of EO binoculars, the 8 x 42 and the 8 X 32 Rangers, and I am so impressed by the quality. And amazed at how bright they are! I don't know where else you could get such quality for anywhere near the price. And Eagle Optics service is superb. They have been very helpful when I've called with questions, and their lifetime warranty is fantastic. I have sent my binoculars in a couple of times for fixing---and even though the problems were due to my own klutzyness in dropping my binoculars, they were fixed for free every time, just as the warranty states. Eagle Optics, YOU WILL BE MISSED!!
