Quick cash!

Had some DVDs that I didn’t want anymore so I mailed them to EagleSaver.com for some cash. It was easy to do and get quick cash through PayPal.

Thank you for this app

Honestly cleaning out my dad's apartment after his passing. Didn't know what to do with the overwhelming amount of dvds and cd's. Didn't know where or how to sell them, who would want them and didn't want to just throw them away. Don't think the value is fair versus what they cost but it's still cool to get rid of them. Hopefully i can get rid of the rest sooner than later

Great experience, prompt payment!

I found the experience to be straightforward and honest. I sold a good size box of DVD's. While some fetched literally pennies, it was no big deal to put them in the box and ship. It sure beats putting them into landfills. I am now going to be selling more CD;s and DVDs to them.

Malfunctioning lately

EagleSaver appears to be down for the last few days in terms of processing items. Can't get anything through. Otherwise, it had been working fine & I've successfully sent several shipments to them in the past month or so. If they're currently inoperative, they should inform customers.

Buggy and useless app, dismal customer service

The EagleSaver Android app was always erratic but is now a complete disaster and entirely useless. It either crashes immediately or gets stuck indefinitely saying "Your quote is being processed". Restarting and reinstalling the app no longer helps. Whether you scan or type in the UPC #, same problem. I even get warnings from my provider not to use the app because it has too many bugs.
Another problem with the company is that you can never get through to customer service. Nobody ever picks up the phone or calls back, emails are routinely not answered.
I don't see any efforts made by the company to address the problems so I will no longer try to sell to EagleSaver but take my business elsewhere.
