Starting back in 1992 with a single man and their vision to source products that were once so hard to find, EYR’s founder Payman would go door to door asking educators what their daily struggles were, and coming up with solutions. Postage costs
Good product but I’ve had to order to my brothers in England and wait until he visits Belfast as the p&p price was costing more than the product.

Can't review something that I don't yet have
Still don't have my order. Courier attempted delivery a week ago but we were working. Rearranged delivery for Monday, no show, tracking update showed out for delivery Tuesday, no show, same Wednesday. I also replied to email sent from Early Years Resources and explained the situation, no reply. Certainly not impressed and will not order again

Not sure
The Jangro Kitchen degrease, seems weaker or diluted. Not as strong as the one we’ve had from elsewhere. It cleans ok, nothing exceptional; but you have to use a lot more product. Not like the one we’ve had from elsewhere that a small amount does wonders.

Unreliable delivery with multiple…
Unreliable delivery with multiple delays, and unsympathetic correspondence from your customer services team.
Update: I don't like to leave bad reviews, but I feel the need to add more detail because sadly EYR's response below is just not honest.
I have no record of any email sent on 8th March about a possible delay. Not was this mentioned by them in my subsequent correspondence with them.
I chased to ask where the delivery was on 14th March and was told the items would be out for delivery on the 15th or 18th.
I chased again on the 19th and was told then there had been a delay, and they would be delivered the next day (20th).
I chased again on the 25th, to be told their systems were down and they would get back to me. They didn't reply to me, but the items did finally arrive that day.
I don't think their response to my review is accurate or shows the inconvenience I've had trying to receive this order.
I've no complaints about the quality of the items themselves, which are excellent.

We then despatched your order on the 22nd of March and the order was delivered to you the next working day which was the 25th of March as we do not deliver at weekends which is quite reliable I would say.

I want to express my disappointment…
I want to express my disappointment regarding a recent post from your company on Facebook. It came across as implying that only SEN classes lose classroom materials, which is hurtful to parents and teachers and most importantly the children. It's important to remember that all students, regardless of their abilities, deserve to be treated with fairness and respect. Singling out SEN children in this way is not appropriate and can contribute to misunderstanding and stigma. I hope you'll reconsider the messaging in future communications to ensure inclusivity and sensitivity.
