Early Years Resources (EYR) is a UK based supplier of essential and innovative educational resources for primary schools, nurseries, childminders, parents and all other childcare providers in the UK and worldwide.
Starting back in 1992 with a single man and their vision to source products that were once so hard to find, EYR’s founder Payman would go door to door asking educators what their daily struggles were, and coming up with solutions. Fast forward to the present day and that one-man-band has modernized into multiple departments all working to preserve that original vision.

I ordered a six seater buggy
I ordered a six seater buggy, but forgot to order it with a raincover, so I contacted EYR who could not have been more helpful. My order was cancelled and made up again to meet my requirements. Despite the buggy coming direct from the manufacturer in Denmark the delivery time was really good. I would recommend EYR to other professionals and parents.

Satisfied customer. Curated selection of good quality appropriate resources. Accurate stock information at time of ordering would be good though. One item was out of stock and delivery was going to be delayed, however, one phone call resolved this – in stock items were dispatched and one item followed later. Happy with the products and service received (particularly being able to easily speak with a human!) so still giving 5 stars.

Unreliable
I needed some early years resources and went into their website. I ordered an outdoor stage and a puppet.
Someone got in contact with me a few days later to say they no longer stocked the stage. Then a few days after that I had the same email about the puppet. I asked to change the puppet to a different puppet, which they said they could do and would ship it out asap.
After hearing nothing for a week- I chased them. They looked into it and told me they no longer had this replacement puppet in stock.
It has just really wasted my time. Don't advertise things on your website that you don't have in stock. The puppets they don't have in stock are still available for other customers to order so they will just have the same problem?

delivery within 4-6 weeks instead of 48 hours as advertised
I would love to give a positive review, but my experience with EYR has been very frustrating. I ordered a den making kit 2 weeks before my daughters birthday. Everywhere on the website was advertised "delivery within 48 hours". After ordering I received an email entitled "your order has been sent" and the first sentence was that it would be delivered within 48 hours. When nothing happened customer service pointed out the small print saying that some items would take 4-6 weeks to be delivered and mine was among them. 3 weeks since, my daughters birthday has passed and we are still waiting. Very misleading website and emails regarding delivery!

With regards to delivery on this item if you read the product description on the website it does advise that standard delivery does not apply to this product and to contact customer care for further information but I'm guessing you didn't reach out to us in this instance? You would have also received an invoice clearly stating the 4-6 week lead time....this would have been emailed the same day the order was placed. Hopefully your daughter can still enjoy the frames when they arrive.

Excessive delivery costs to N Ireland
Had exactly what I wanted for Easter crafts and lots of other sale items but £15 delivery to N Ireland is just outrageous. So very disappointed.
