Starting back in 1992 with a single man and their vision to source products that were once so hard to find, EYR’s founder Payman would go door to door asking educators what their daily struggles were, and coming up with solutions. Fast forward to the present day and that one-man-band has modernized into multiple departments all working to preserve that original vision.

Great customer service
Ordered 2 school crossing patrol lollipops on Sunday and were delivered by Wednesday. Due to the urgency the young man I spoke to expedited the order. Great items. Just what I needed for the purpose intended.

Great snail costume

Look elsewhere first!
I was looking to buy a teepee/ wigwam for my grandson. Seeing one I liked online from this company I asked if they could send me the assembly instructions so I could see if it was going to be stable and useful as a piece of play equipment ir if a clothes airer and bits of string would be better.. no sign of said assembly instructions. Weeks after week they said the maker wouldnt send them. I ended up buying it anyway for Christmas. It arrived,in a cardboard sleeve that looked like it had been opened and resealed with a bit of cellotape. It was easy to see it was by Big Game Hunter, a great company who sells these teepees at half the price of this company.the assembly instructions were from the Big Game Hunter and were clear and showed it to be a stable well thought out design. But it had their name on! The Ealy years Resource Co. told me if I returned it and there was no fault, I would be charged a return fee and some other fee, so I decided to keep it. Whatever happened to distance selling regs? Anyway it was too near Christmas to chance it. But BeAware ! Go to the Big Game Hunters website first and get these things at half the price as they are here! Also another part of my order is still ‘lost in delivery’ after sending several emails asking about it, and I wonder if it will arrive… two days til Christmas… I am a pensioner buying for my grandson.

With regards to the instructions I had requested these several times from our supplier as explained in the several emails going back and forth and unfortunately they had not replied to any of the emails sent to them.
Unfortunately the other part of your order was lost in transit and as mentioned again in email correspondence the manufacturer was resending this to land with you at the latest on Friday of this week.

Terrible company
I would have given 0 stars if possible. I ordered a product that they didn't have as it was a new product. However, they don't tell you this until after you have ordered. It took 6wks to arrive with no communication from the company. I had to keep contacting them to find out when it would arrive. The customer service was absolutely terrible. I will not be buying from this company again and will not recommend them.

We ordered Tuff Tray Paper pads and they came with one of the pads all scrunched up. We were very disappointed. However, the delivery was quick and the product was good quality, if not damaged.

The response in dispatch items was very good for the time of the year
When items never arrived on time again the response to my email was quick that items were with courier and would be delivered next day.
Unfortunately the courier company never came for another 3 days no fault of the EYR as they followed everything up as requested
