Early Years Resources (EYR) is a UK based supplier of essential and innovative educational resources for primary schools, nurseries, childminders, parents and all other childcare providers in the UK and worldwide.
Starting back in 1992 with a single man and their vision to source products that were once so hard to find, EYR’s founder Payman would go door to door asking educators what their daily struggles were, and coming up with solutions. Fast forward to the present day and that one-man-band has modernized into multiple departments all working to preserve that original vision.

Great item. High shipping charges
Product was great, shipping was fast but £7.99 shipping on a £17 item is A LOT! If the product hadn’t been reduced I wouldn’t have bought it because of the high shipping cost. £5 max shipping should have applied. I guess they are geered up for bulk buying not wee one item sales. That’s a shame. Missing out on sales.

Great customer service!
They were so good at getting my order to me and because one of my items was out of stock they made sure to send it separately from the other items and got it to me very quickly. Great customer service and fast delivery!

good sensible stuff, well supplied
just very straightforward, intelligent toddler building kit, exactly the sort of thing i was looking for, but wasn't seriously expecting to find. had a mild confusion over delivery timeframe, which proved to be perfectly reasonable in the 'couple of days' region, but also my query was answered quickly & helpfully. whats not to like?

Good variety of stencils

Poor Feedback and no delivery date commitments
Almost 3 weeks on and we still haven't received our total order. Feedback is extremely delayed sometimes by days and no concrete ETAs are provided. Here's holding thumbs we actually get the rest of our order before Christmas.

Lovely products, dreadful courier service
The products ordered were great and exactly what we wanted. The courier service was awful - did not attempt delivery, rescheduled twice if not three times but didn't turn up, changed delivery address but this was ignored. One product had a snapped component but EYR immediately offered to send a replacement.
