Early Years Resources (EYR) is a UK based supplier of essential and innovative educational resources for primary schools, nurseries, childminders, parents and all other childcare providers in the UK and worldwide.
Starting back in 1992 with a single man and their vision to source products that were once so hard to find, EYR’s founder Payman would go door to door asking educators what their daily struggles were, and coming up with solutions. Fast forward to the present day and that one-man-band has modernized into multiple departments all working to preserve that original vision.

Fantastic customer service.

It was packed horribly,i ordered…
It was packed horribly,i ordered powdered and liquid chemicals,it was put right into the boxes without any styro or bubble wrap,or paper,both bursted into the cardboard boxes,the delivery van wont take it back because the liquid was all over his van he said,I emailed the shop,so far,no response,lesson learned

Sand arrives leaking out of the box
Sand arrives leaking out of the box. There is 12 week waiting time for the sand/ water duo.
I am contemplating asking for a refund.

presented in plastic bags…
I was very disappointed that the story resources came in a plastic not a canvas bag. I would have expected this, in line with comparable story sack resources !
I feel the pricing refects the inclusion of sane, even though i appreciate this wasn't listed on the website!
As a result, I wouldn't re- order. These were purchased as hifts and I need to now order suutable vags gor oresentation! Not impressed!

Although the Dear Zoo Story Set is delivered in a plastic bag there is a canvas bag inside for you to then place the books and puppets into...we store in a plastic bag in the warehouse to stop the resources getting dirty. Hopefully you noticed the canvas bag in the packaging after writing your review.

Problem with order and delivery and poor communication
Ordered an item but received an email few days later as none in stock! Changed it to alternative but did not received the item on delivery of others and marked as delivered! Spoke to customer service and said they are coming at a later stage. No note to say it is on back order. Appalling. Did not receive items on time as when needed which caused some issues and financial loss. Secondly, poor communication. If you need to order something make sure you phone first. Not happy at all
