Early Years Resources (EYR) is a UK based supplier of essential and innovative educational resources for primary schools, nurseries, childminders, parents and all other childcare providers in the UK and worldwide.
Starting back in 1992 with a single man and their vision to source products that were once so hard to find, EYR’s founder Payman would go door to door asking educators what their daily struggles were, and coming up with solutions. Fast forward to the present day and that one-man-band has modernized into multiple departments all working to preserve that original vision.

My order came promptly and wrapped properly. One of the items had a slight issue. I called customer service spoke to Leanne she was very kind and professional. She resolved the matter over the phone and happily said to resend the item without any further delivery charges. Thank you Leanne you made this Mummy feel happy to receive such a quick resolution over the phone. Definitely will be recommending EYR as it was recommended to me too.

Fast despatch and delivery service, which was a very pleasant surprise. One thing would have gained a five star rating. Enquired to see if any discount available on items costing £119.99 if ordering more than one. Sadly, no discount was available, which resulted in me ordering only 2.

Out of stock and needed urgently
I ordered some spreaders for a mosaic project. They were not in stock so I had to purchase some more elsewhere to deliver the project. I decided to go ahead with the order anyway because I will use them in the future. The product is absolutely fine but didn't come in time.

Two bags of sand perfect, rip in the third
Two bags of sand were perfect and delivery was quick. However, the yellow bag of sand came with a rip on the bag which resulted in a quarter of the bag being spilt before we could use it sadly.

Shocking stock control
Shocking stock control. Order placed April 2023. Nothing on website to say items out of stock, but then received email after order saying numerous items not in stock. Some arrived a few weeks later. Chased for still missing items, was sent wrong item, had to chase again for correct item - it was June before it arrived. Other items still missing, chased multiple times to be told each time expecting stock next week. Now July, called again to be told item had disappeared from order but they didn’t know why, but would get back to me asap. No one did. So called again and turns out supplier has gone bust. Waiting for refund to be issued, nothing yet - 2 1/2 months since original order, no communication from the company at all unless chased, am I ever getting my money back?

Item failed to turn up and no refund either..
I ordered 2 25kg bags of rock salt, which haven't arrived, I've asked for a refund but had no reply at all. I'll never order from this company again. Very poor.
