I needed to repair a memorial bench and to replace the existing oak slats which had largely rotted away.
I found Earth Anchors after searching for replacement plastic slats as not only was suitable oak very expensive now but would also need ongoing maintenance.
I had a good experience with them, sensible advice and help, with the slats delivered very promptly.
All in all a happy purchaser.

Ordered a black recycled plastic park bench three seater seat from the UK company department. Absolutely no problems with the online order however the online instructions for building did not tally with the delivered item and its instructions. However being an MOD apprentice trained mechanical fitter it was very easy for me to work out the best way to put the bench together without measuring things. When I ordered I paid there and then, however three days later I received an bill from the company to which I soon replied with proof that I had already paid, to which I got a bit of an excuse from the accounts department saying that the payment is done remotely whatever that meant! My view is that if an accounts department cannot or do not know if a customer has paid, then they are not in control of the companies funding or finances which means customers can be overcharged or the company has not received correct funding. Something seriously needs to be sorted with this as a priority.

Ordered a cast bronze memorial plaque with stake but delivery date promised on the proforma turned out to be of no consequence - arrived late without the courtesy of prior advice. When the order did arrive it was found to be damaged as a result of being wrapped/dispatched prior to the paint/lacquer being fully cured. Due to the late delivery and delayed response from Earth Anchors there was no choice but to undertake the remedial work myself. Really dismal attitude from the 'manager' Kevin Clegg regarding both the delivery and damage, offered empty apologies, was extremely arrogant/dismissive and had an excuse for everything - offered to pay for the paint! With it's couldn't care less attitude, Earth Anchors do not deserve this type of business.

With regard to the product, it is overpriced compared to other plaques on the market and the short stake provided needed revision to ensure the plaque will remain in situ.
